Tampa should have won? just like Pitt should have beat your Giants. all that matters is a win now matter how it comes. I'll bet you Barber rushes for more yards than Jacobs. This game is going to be closer than most think,Oh and by the way the Giants are not as Balanced as everone thinks. They have played 1 good team so far this year(Pitt), we will see what happens in the next few weeks for the G-men.
Steelers should have beat the Giants?
Game Notes, Pittsburgh was a combined 1-of-14 on third and fourth down conversions... Manning is now 20-5 over his last 25 starts.
Not by playing like that.
The NYGs are 4th in allowing points in the NFL, 1st in the NFC. 1st in the NFL in sacks.
We played one good team this year? If i was a Redskin fan that would make me mad. The 'Skins are 6-2 and beat the Dallas Cowbillies. The Cowbillies were the NFC team picked to go to the SB. What happened?
Good teams win games, Great teams cover the spread!

I'm leaning towards the under in this game fellas and heres why...
after watching my bucs get cheated before half after the cowboys finally scored after their 6th try from inside the 5, i was sick to my stomach... but i thought that our defense was playing well enough we've can over come that.... while the bucs have never been known for their offensive firepower, the cowboys d did an effective job of limiting the bucs opportunities in the second half and the bucs couldnt get in the end zone. since romo went down and everybody has written them off, this cowboys defense led by senior citizen zach thomas, is playing with a bit of a chip on its shoulder... i foresee this being a slow grind it out type of game with playoff physicality. both teams will attempt to establish the run thru out the first half and either offense won't get ever get rolling... i think this aggressive cowboys defense will have us shaking our heads with eli manning, wondering what the man could possibly be thinking about, and brandon jacobs will take over...gmen 23 cowboys 13

I don't like o/u because it the one thing that kills my card. The Steelers were 1 of 14 on 3rd and 4th down, if Cowbillies play like this the Giants are going to be getting the ball alot. Giants now have 2 WRs who can get the long ball, remember the Redskin and Ram rookies who flew by the Dallas secondary for TDs? Dallas will be focused on Burress while Hixon (the faster of the 2, 4.34) goes deep. If the Giants get a big lead, they will keep their boot on that Cowbilly throat, this game could mean homefield in the POs.. Giants are giving up about 13 points a game. The over in the game is 41? If NY scores 4 TDs and Dallas 13, you're at that number, It's going to be close. Anytime BJ is sacked could be a turnover, that's because the LT hook will be in play.
Last years playoff in Dallas, Dallas only scored a FG in the second half with Romo in the game. Dallas is still undisciplined, once beat deep the game will open up.
Good teams win games, Great teams cover the spread!

Dallas +8.5
62% public betting NY, yes, the line move -8 to -9 but my Power Rankings tell me Giants win this by 5.800 points, so i beter take Dallas plus the points..

Sorry but i just don't buy into this whole west to east thing. I mean I believe the stat but maybe its cause the east team is better not because of the time change. I see this as a tight game so I'm gonna lean to Dal to cover.
as always....good luck all

...HOWEVER, a trend that says "Western teams are a combined 0-9 when they play in the Eastern Time Zone" really has substance. It is telling us that it has become very hard for teams to travel east and play - its not saying that it is impossible, but it is telling us that it is a very difficult game for teams travelling east.
this is true for 1:00 games. this is @ 4.

Why do all Giants fans think thies is team is great. They played the Redskins week 1 when the Redskins looked like shit and everyone counted them out right from the get go, and yes if it wasn't for a blown long snap the Steelers had the Giants game in hand. Like I said before I am not saying the Cowboys will win this game but they beat the Browns and Cincy where it took the Giants OT to be Cincy and the Browns bitched slapped the Giants. Just something for the Giants fans to consider.

Dude what are you smoking? Dallas has a better O-line then the Giants. Defense is better on the Giants side of the ball but that's it.Dallas has a better Offense but with romo out, Giants have the slight advantage. But this is the NFL and anything can happen on any given Sunday.Just look at the Suberbowl last year.
