Although this game has lost it's appeal, it still has to be played. Denver plus the points for me in this matchup, with a small chunk on the moneyline, whatever it will take to turn it into a dime.

Denver was beating Brady for years...... except for one game when Belicheck purposely safetyed the ball... anyone remember that??? one of the best coaching moves I have ever seen

The Pats looked horrible last Monday against the Chargers.  Their defense was easily out-ran. Rivers was not sacked once! Other than Moss, their offense was completely slow.  Cassel was stuck to the pocket, where he had no view to throw the balls. When he had an opportunity to run out of the pocket, he got sacked.  Horrible!!!!!!

This is the first time I've seen the Pats play in person, and I was very disappointed.  What the team lacks is leadership, in which subsequently, the team will lose motivation. The o-line still got the talents to protect its QB, but it seems that they don't believe in Cassel. I wouldn't either---he can't even throw a deep ball.  Cassel needs a lot of work to lead the team. At this time, he's not the man.

Going against Denver in Colorado? Ha!!!! As a true Pats fan, I really hate to go against my team, so I'm staying away.  If I was forced to bet, I'd go for Denver in a heartbeat!!!!!

Not sure which way I am going here but the Broncos typically play the Patriots tough.

And look for Big Mouth Jay Cutler to control his game a little better and put up some big numbers. Tough to take a team that simply can't play defense like the Broncos but they might be the play here.

I was at the Pats-Charger game. Cassel is slow on decision making. Moss runs effortless patterns. He gives up when Cassel underthrows the ball to him. He refuses to back for the ball. You can see that Moss is saving himself for next season. Screw him!
 
Rivers kept throwing to the defensive side where #21 was on. If Cutler sees the film on this game, which I'm sure he will, he'll have a field day in the air against the Pats DB's.  
 
I can see this game going over and a Denver upset win.

UHQB agreed with what I said earlier about Cassel.  And yes, I agree with you about Randy Moss.

Denver to win is the pick!

Sorry, I mentioned that the game will be played in CO, but it's not. Duh!

I'm starting to think this game may go in the under.... even though MNF OVER is 6-0.....
 
I just don't see the Pats putting many points up.....
 
I also think Denver will cover as well..... Denver has great history against the PATS... with BRADY....
 
Jake the Snake.... used to rip them apart....
 
I think Cutler will do the same if not better..... obviously different teams now, but you catch my drift....
 
I can see this defense finally clicking.....

Big Pats fan here...been watching Denver stick it to the Pats for years. If Denver didn't lose last weekend they would be favored here. DENVER WINS THIS ONE OUTRIGHT. Worse case scenario Pats win by a field goal. DENVER +3 ALL DAY LONG...YA HEARD!!!!

BRONCOS HAVE NO DEFENSE.  IT WILL BE THERE ACHILLES HEAL THIS YEAR, SHOULD BE CLOSE WITH A LOT OF SCORING.  BREAKABOOKIE STICK WITH YOUR GUT,  OVER.

Denver has played the Pats tough with Brady playing...without Brady the Pats really don't have much of an offense which is good for Denver....because the Broncos can't play defense.

Denver needs Jay Cutler to stop yapping and start playing...I think he will this week. Denver to win the game outright by putting up close to 30.

I agree.  I think your best bet is to play the over.  I can't believe New England is actually favored against Denver...after getting spanked by San Diego. I don't care that Denver has a porous D.  I don't have alot of faith in a New England team with Matt Casel at qb.   not gonna do it

The Patriots go from hot to cold on a weekly basis.  This week they are at home, on Monday night, against a horrible defense.  You can't look at the Broncos dominating them like usual because these are completely different circumstances.  What they did last week was rely on the passing game early, and it got into a shootout, which Cassell is unable to compete in.  Pats will control the shit out of the clock with Sammy Morris running the ball and easy screen passes to Kevin Faulk.  Keep in mind also that the Chargers were able to pass the ball a little easier early on in that game because the Patriots went into a 4-3 defense, something they are not used to doing in order to stop LT.  That allowed Rivers to pass the ball all over the place.  That will not happen again...the Pats will be back with their familiar 3-4 defense, and force Cutler to throw into traffic.  It's going to be a great game, but it's not going to be a shootout again.  Belicheck will make sure of that.

Can't count out Belicheat- they will have a good game plan that will allow them to score throughout the game. Think they will stay ahead at home in a shootout. NE/Over GLTA
