so many experts on this site.37-6 the first time out. whats to think about denver minus ten over 48. unless im missing something this is easy money. by the way they are still playing for home field.over is money also.

  As bad as Raiders n' Vuepicks are, All bad things must come to an end.

 I think . . .

Raiders have luxury of catching Traveling Broncs on short week which factors heavily on tonite's spread outcome.
As for Vue's data , action,prime and new and improved comment ? play gimmicks, let's just say he's due.
For tonite's game, One fact stands clear to be considered : Peyton Manning is physically not 100 % fit and by now,
everyone should be familiar with Coach Fox's veteran's wise ways , knowing he will absolutely NOT take the risk of injury or fatiguing Peyton Manning via pass attack on short rest.

Would be like Girardi pushing Andy Petite on 2 days rest with playoffs around the corner.
Raiders have no defense ranked 28 th, allowing 131 yrds rushing per game , which will allow 
 Broncs to stick to a conservative,run and grind type of game plan allowing Denver's D ranked 3 rd in the league to control the pace vs Ineffective Raiders O that only could score 6 points @ Denver with a healthy Mc Fadden earlier this year.

As far as meaning of this game.It's truly unbelievable that anybody in this forum can even suggest this game has little importance for Denver.
Whoever believes such BS ,should really not be gambling, less it be quarter bets , lol , as some do.

Denver is tied for 2 nd seed with Ravens + Pats and will be hell bent to win out , securing  first round bye ,doing everything to avoid playing @ Baltimore ,where Ravens DOMINATE. Ironically Broncs will be playing Ravens next week ,so this is a must win for them in order to try to secure HUGE advantage of playing @ Mile High and perhaps less importantly go for divisional sweep with only Chiefs standing in the way after Raiders tonite for perfect division record.

Could be wrong but Fox would be out of his mind to unleash Peyton towards back to back 300 + yrds on only three days rest.
Denver's D n' Running game will dictate clock while Raiders may hit 16 Pt plateau.

Look for the Raiders to run the ball and milk the clock, keeping Manning off the field. Denver wins but "DO NOT" cover the spread.Just another example of the public gambling community not taking into account other factors that affect this game.I will be waiting for line to move up and then be big on Raiders to cover.

Oakland has the 28th ranked D in the league, while Denver has the 3rd best D.  DD home dog, short week, division rivals, I get it, but damn the Raiders are just plain terrible most of the time.  

My humble little capping program puts the # @ -12 and for me that's to close to call.

cant remember the last time manning turned the ball over ..raiders seem to turn it over everyday . sure 10 looks sweet heck even 13 , but turnovers is so cruicial palmer could easily turn it over 3-4 times @ his own 20 giving denver the reigns

I am to rolling with Denver @ -10.5
They have burnt me several times on these larger spreads, but Oakland doesn't have much of a defense.

On the other topic of buying points, I have no problem with buying the hook, but never buying more than that. If I am placing a real money bet, I expect that team to cover. If I buy the hook, its just a little insurance.

Well, i posted on this thread earlier this week how i've been betting on denver the last 3 wks (2loss 1 push) and was undecided on this divisional matchup .Yea i know that dog stat about the 22-2 ats,but couldnt' still make up my mind..So i did sumthin I rarely do and paid a capper for his pick for tonights game(+army/navy game for free) and his pick was.......denver -10  the guys on a 11-2 run in the nfl. So there you go,hope this helps if you wer teetering on the fence as well.BEST OF LUCK AND GO BRONCO'S

Thanks for the confirmation on those "teaser" rip-offs booyahz123!  Thought is was me!  I only go "straight up" bets with small 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8-Team Parlays!

But the "straight up" bets is where I make the best money.  Even parlays (let alone "teasers") are hard to connect.  Checked those teaser rules out, and ran away fast!  Thanks, but no thanks!  Thanks again for your intelligent insight!
