Ole Brett Fart4 & Co. isn't too good on the road, just saying. Who Dat Nation should get a win here. Too early to tell if it will be by 10+ or by 3 just yet.

im not a bengals fan at all but it drives me nuts that the saints do this "who dat" thing. the bengals were doing "Who dey" since the 80s and these saints fans copy it...beyond annoying
as far as the game is concerned, early lean towards the saints but havent really looked at the match up yet

I think if you research it more, you will see that Who Dat was before Who Dey? anyway they are quite different. lol

The Saints will have no answer for a balanced offensive team like the Vikings. In the end, the Vikings will win by a td. I'm not a homer, I just moved to Minn last year and the Browns are my fav team.

Wow, I'm surprised the Vikes are getting 4.5 here.
Love the Vikes, Brees and that offense will not have an easy time next week like they did against the swiss cheeze defence of the Cards. I'll gladly take 4.5, I thought this line would be +3.

MINN VIKES +4 IS THE LOCK OF THE WEEK, MONTH, YEAR, DECADE, CENTURY. LOCK, LOCK, LOCK.
Vegasninja, please keep the "L" word to yourself. Much respect and I'm with you on the Saints.
This past weekend was clear to see who is the most dominating team at this time. There will be those that would say that the Vikings were the most dominant team and I can agree that they dominated the Dallas Cowboys but overall, the Saints win that category hands down.
If it wasn't for that bad call by the ref for a roughing the passer which took away the INT by Sharper, Cards would have only scored 7 points all day. Saints also scored all of 45 points in 3 quarters and decided to put it on cruise control. The #4 ranked defense of early season for the Saints showed up big and confirmed redemption on all that doubted them. Saints at home in the Super Dome is clearly the favorite and rightfully so.
Early lean on the Saints

"SAINTS IN A PATH TO VICTORY AND END UP IN HISTORY"
The Saints have gone farther this year than they have gone in a long time. This team is driven by the love of their fans, the help of their coaches, and most of all the glory which has eluded them for more than a decade and that is a long time for such a talented team. It is not out of line to say that if they keep up with what they have been doing, they as a team and franchise may dominate this new decade.
From a city that has suffered some of the worse natural desasters that this nation has seen, a light of hope and new faith is brought to it by the black and gold. Faith in what seemed so far fetched each year before due to the curses of injuries as well as improper leadership. Now the helm of this ship is at the hands of a young and ambitious coach by the name of Sean Peyton.
Coach Peyton has built this team almost from the ground up. He saw in these players what no other teams saw and was patient to expose their talent. The only first round draft pick was Running Back Regie Bush. Everyone else was secondary or traded in. These last few years was evident of their talent and what they could be, but once again, injuries to their star players held them back. This year is the first year that they are actually able to compete in the next level. Now they will reign in glorious victory this year and the next, and the next, and the next after that. Their is no doubt in my mind that they will be victorious and bring home the National Title of the 2009-2010 Super Bowl Championship. The Saints will win...

Once again I will propose the "NO POST BET" to anyone that thinks the Saints wont win this game. It is a bet that whom ever loses may not post anything for the Super Bowl week forum on Covers.
Buttafooco, Buyubengel and Myself has already put 3 of the non believers in the "SHUT UP" corner. They are:
VUE2499nevamine, Breakabookie, and Frogs.
These guys may not post up until the week of the Super Bowl. If you would like to join them please let me know. Just type in: "NO POST BET" and the team you want. There needs to be an even amount of guys on both sides. I will update the teams as the week goes on. once in there is no backing out unless you are a true Dyking fan.
I for one am a true believer that the Saints will DESTROY the DyKings in the Super Dome and put the old man back in retirement like they did warner. They will have him bitching and moaning once again on the sidelines with the rest of his girlfriends. You would be a fool to think other wise. If you think that this past weekends performance by the Minn Dykes was any clue of how they will be against the most dominating team of 2009-2010 season, then you might as well send your money to Haiti instead and do a good deed, not make your bookie and his family fatter in the pockets.
Yes they have beaten the Saints in the past years but this is not the same team of the past years. The Dykings receivers will not have a good day against Porter and Sharper in the secondary and Will Smith along with Jonathan Vilma will have Brett farting in the huddle. The saints has played up to their opponents and put them in their place. The Saints will win and win big.

How much credit can you give the Saints for beating a poor and bleeding(Cromartie) Cards defense on a short week ? Throw in a chest injury to Warner and a couple of late hits(non calls)You show up.
Vikings beat a Dallas D who had been averaging 4.7 ppg over last 3 games They knocked off Romo's best roll ever with chaos & confusion up front.Minnesota stops Bush & Pierre. Favre will move the ball as necessary. You'd better hope you got your guys back on Defense - Because D will decide this game. Not Voodoo
Vikings better balance deserve the edge

ill take your no post bet action, even though it's pointless as you will shut up once your saints lose and you have no more threads to homer.
Saints don't have the size to stop AP, and favre will destroy them off the play action once AP is established. Only way saints pull this one out is if brees has one of those miracle games where it looks like he is in a video game.

You always post LARGE but what is large is it $10.00. $50. $100.00 $1000. $5000. Not trying to be a dick i always see your posts but always wanted to know what LARGE is. By the way your pick looks good. I think this is a field goal game or less something like 28-27.

pickyboy, I like your "no post bet "..great idea. I am in your corner on this one however. The Vikes are average on the road and average won't get it done in the land of the Saints. Now having said that and because I am accepting all side wagers from anyone who believes their team can beat the Colts ( $100 ) straight up, you must be willing to take me up on this wager when the two teams meet in the super bowl..............right ?
