Thanks BigDaddy -- don't let me sway you away from the Pats if you think that is the right call.  I'm a little too close to them so harder for me to be objective.  But I'm going to lay off betting this game -- it will be very close.  Must have a lot of Pats action as they are not moving off that # of 3.5.

mangini doesnt have the big game experience in making big time decisions. as u know belichick does. the jets will not play a controlled offense type of game theyve always been number 2 in line and it ll show tonight. cassel is a maturing qb who has watched the elite play b4 him. now hes shining and will continue to. favre throws 2 pics if not u can throw it at me tomorrow where

im thinking about the pats ml and the jets plus 3.5. looking to maybe land it. i see all these guys love the jets. u know there was a greart post here by someone on monday night when he said the best play is fading the forum here. and guess what san fran covered as everyone loved the cards. btw they almost looked like the cards of old. and dont let the gmen play them in the post season lol.

personally dont think ill take either side of this game.  however, i will take the under with a small play.  not saying the pats have the best D in the league, but i dont see jets putting up major points.  and the same can be said for new england.  hopefully itll turn out to be a 20-16 type of game.

Cassell has been great but does he have the bad weather experience Favre has?

I'm thinking we will see an aerial attack from both teams tonight.  Screw the weather, it won't matter.  Favre will give the Pats a TD so you gotta factor that in.

If it were really that simple wouldn't Jimmy Johnson, Bill Cower, Marv Levy etc.. still be coaching?  How did Jimmy Johnson beat Marv Levy in the Superbowl in only his 3rd season as an NFL head coach?  Levy had much more "big game experience."

NE will win.  The Jets are winning against subpar teams.  The weather won't do Favre any favors.  If NY gets behind. Look for 3 turnovers from Favre.  I'm a Farve fan, but I have seen it too many times.

I'm going the other way.  Too many injuries finally catch up with the Pats.  Plus, if you want to talk about big game experience... Farve against Cassell?  Jets + 3.5 sounds pretty good to me.  Good luck
