One of the worst call of all time.... seriously of all time because they replayed it and then called it wrong when it was clearly a fumble on slow motion hd tv lol...... 100% true with the score (ok maybe takeaway the hail mary)...

.... and why?  why were the refs against the Giants?  is it because they just don't like NY teams? or just so every Giant fan can bitch and moan? no.... not any of those reasons....

it's the same reason the refs will be on the 49ers this game..... and again..... against the Giants....

it's because of only 1 reason....



the Giants/Packers line opened up at 9..... the public action drove the line down to 8.... 7.5 some places..... Vegas had the Packers....


here..... the line opened at 1..... Vegas know the money is going to be on the Giants again....  sharps bought it up to 2.5...... the public is going to HAMMER this line down to a pkem at kickoff....


Refs will be on the 49ers....

Giants haven't faced a defense like this since the last time they played the 49ers....  49ers are the only team that knows how to play defense in the NFC.....

NFC has the offense..... AFC has the defense (and Brady lol) this year....

Eli won't get alllllll day to throw like he did last week.....



Huge special teams advantage here.... with respects to all aspects of the special teams game..... kicking, kicking fgs.... returning.... coverage....

huge defensive advantage to the 49ers and 12th man home crowd.... defensive front unlike any the Giants have seen this year..... corners that play press coverage vs. the small gmen receivers (Nicks being the exception)..... corners and safeties that put real nfl hits on recievers and running backs causing fumbles (tell me manningham isn't good for a fumble?)

on the other side of the ball Alex Smith is not going to let loose.... they are going to have a conservative run game which is the only way to beat the Gmen's front line..... runs to the outside.... Alex Smith will be asked to manage the game.....

Both teams are playing well on Defense...  very impressive!

But the difference will be at QB..
Smith had a great game this weekend vs NO...no doubt about it.  Can he do the same versus the Giant front Four????

Then there is Eli, who has been having alot of great games...  he's having the best year of his career this year (up to 5500 yds), not to mention he has been here before and is already wearing a ring. 

This Giants team is hot at the right time, very similar to the way GB got hot at the right time last year....  Going on the road didnt matter last year and I dont see it mattering this year either.  Giants have the swagger and confidence.  They are gonna take it.

Give me Giants ML!!!

This is a hard game to cap, Both team played each other this year so they already familiar with the other defense/offense, they both are at the top of their game right now, so we are talking could be OT.
Key to win this game is TO and 4th Qrt strength test. Smith show that he can be the clutch QB in tight situation. We often see the Manning brothers, Brees or Rogers but it was extremely rare to see Alex did it last week with 1:49 left in the 4th Qrt in a do or die situation. Most of us already think at that time, "I broke even or more with the NO and the OV for the 2nd half.", only to crawl under the table to find our jaw. 
I love the under in the 1st half and will go with the ov in 2nd half and game. I do see 49's have advantage, home field, not travel and rested healthier team.
It would be boring to see the Harbaugh brothers in the super bowl. Would be a very boring game.

Giants have some big edges: 1.Manning vs Smith is a huge advantage giants. People must start looking at Eli like an elite QB bc this year he has stepped up top 5. His ability to play under any amount of duress in any environment with expierence gives him a huge edge. 2. Wide Receivers Nix and Cruz best combo in the league vs Crabtree and whoever add V. Davis. No comparrison here. SF toughest in league vs the run not vs the pass. Now people will say what about the saints? SF 2 weeks to prepare helped a ton. Saints are a completely different team on the road on grass outdoors mite as well have a different team name. Giants an outdoor all weather team much tougher. 3. Defense line. Giants are back and healthy P. Paul is top 3 def players in the league, tuck, umi only team that does not have to blitz bc they get there with fron four. Smith just saw a paper defense in new orleans things are about to change. Smith underr duress with no true goto wideout will result in force throws.

Giants will have opportunities to exploit sf secondary where i feal sf will struggle for every first down. Giants are flat out the better team...... when healthy like they are now believe it or not the better defense! Manning is an elite qb plus the Giants probably like the road better than any other team i have seen. Giants win and control the game. (disclore i am not a giant fan an unhappy dolphin fan that wants Griffen III lol) Good luck Giants going to Indy in my opinion.

Both teams had extraordinary games last week but this week reality sets in and youll see a grind it out game with sfran coming out on top. Their defense looks sharp. Too easy to take the giants with the points...just like the ravens game. Sfran and und for the large!!!!

Green Bay has a soft defense anyways, and they had more drops than AT&T.........

Does Defense win playoff games?  Talk to the Saints about that.  Or ask the packers.  Two best offenses in the league will be watching the championship game this weekend.

Now, after flying to Green Bay and back to NYC, the Jints have to go cross-country to play again.  Give me the niners, but wait until all the fool-hardy NY faithful drive the line down by betting with their hearts, not their heads.

Oh, not to mention that the Jints have Manning.  He will be a Manning and throw a pick on the game-deciding drive in the 4th quarter.  That's just Eli.

49'ers haters will still hate the 49'ers.  They don't believe they belong in this game.  They don't believe Alex Smith can show what he can do when they need him the most.  They said they wouldn't beat the Saints.  Well, we are here now.
I'm a 49'ers fan and finally happy to see were competitive.  This is a tough spot for both teams.  Giants got that swagger for the superbowl run again.  Then again, so did Bree's  When I saw them driving down the 49'ers field, I was thinking, here comes Bree's again and I thought he was going to have the 49'ers play catch up.  Then comes a hard fit causing a fubmle on the 3 yards from the Goal line.

Giants should feel like they are unstoppeable being able to score at will and stop an efficient offense such as GB (but I felt like GB was out of sync on the passing routes and the throws/catches)

49'ers know they have great D and they feel like they could stop anyone and they did... for about 3 quarters and a half.

Giants comes in with a chip on their shoulder from last week and the momentum.  49er's need to set the tone by getting some first downs on their first drive and forcing Giants to punt on their first posession.  If they can do that, it's 49'ers ball game.  49'ers have better kickers.

It's hard to say "we beat them once, we get beat them again."  Giants is a totally different team.  I will stick with the 49'ers believeing their D will get some TO and make Alex Smith finally learn to make some good throws CONSECUTIVELY.  He throws away more balls to prevent a bad play/int than I have seen in a long time.  Don't get me wrong, I hate seeing INT's but it's frustrating that you can't trust your team mate to go up and grab the ball if it's one on one and the safety is too far to make a play on the ball.

     Looking more & more like a  Harbaugh Super Bowl! I tip my hat to the G-men, as they are really clicking the last 4-5 games. However, the Niners have been playing high caliber all season. Eli and his fancy stats sure put on a show and put fannies in the seats. However, it's defense and special teams, that win championships. Last week I went 3-1 on the sides. I lost the GB-NYG game as I was stunned how bad GB defended. I also said the Giants are not SB material! I stand by my statement.

Congrats to the NY Giants and you Spytheweb. Unfortunately for you and your team, the season is 16 weeks and just not the last 4 games!  Oh & by the way, the 49 ers have been allowing thru 16 games (home & road) an average of 14 points a game. Anyway GL!
