Really great match. Both have a very bright future.

Keys botching those terrible drop shots is going to come back and bite her. Confidence/momentum boosters.

Super entertaining match. The 10th game of Set 2 was particularly great.

He's turning 29 in May and only has 10 grand slams. Federer has won 17 slams, been in 27. 17-10. Novak is 10-8 in GS finals. Not a great record by any means. Fed has 13 GS records and most of them won't be touched by Novak. The guy made 10 straight GS finals which is unheard of. Djokovic is at 4 right now coming off his best season. Don't think he's going to get 10 straight. Not to mention Federer is still playing at a ridiculously high level at age 34 which is basically unheard of. I don't expect Novak to be competing at that level at age 34 because Roger is the only one who's really been able to keep his level of play up into that age. Federer is the GOAT male, just like Serena is the GOAT female. They've done it for over a decade, not just a hot streak for a year or two. And how can we proclaim Novak the GOAT when he hasn't even caught Rafa yet? Slow down.

It's like comical when people post threads like this when they're mad at themselves for making a stupid bet.
13 straight sets. 16 straight matches. Maria playing terrible the entire tournament. Serena being the GOAT. Maria's game playing perfectly into the hands of Serena, etc. Anyone who took Maria today has absolutely no clue. |

I think Fed has a pretty good shot. Whatever the line is I think I'm going to play him. His serve has been near impossible to break on grass and Murray wasn't that impressive today. More pressure on him as well. 5 setter would be cool lol

On Djokovic big as well. Small play on Gasquet. Lets get it. Liking the way Gasquet is looking early. Stans returns are looking shaky. Especially the block shots/slice

Any other surface I'd be all over Stan, but I have to see him get it done vs a top player on grass to start believing in him.
For some reason the way the ball bounces off grass just makes him struggle. |

I'm thinking Murray -140ish

Went with Gasquet. Think there's more value in him based off how both have been playing this week, and Stan never making a Wimbledon Semi.

I think he could grab this 2nd set. Depends how he comes out of the rain delay. I don't think he'll be able to break Murray today, but he could pull out a tiebreak.

Pospisil isn't going to win the match...but I wouldn't be shocked if he won a set in a tiebreak if he keeps serving the way he has been. Murray definitely doesn't have his A game today, but Pospisil has been really bad on returns.

If you don't think Djokovic didn't play great tennis in that 5th set you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. Only game that Murray was subpar in IMO was his first service game.

If this wasn't a GS final I'd say yes. Never bet against Serena in a GS Final. That being said, if she's really as unhealthy as she looks, might be best to lay off it entirely.

Stan set 1 today can take Novak to 5.
Stan set 2-3 today loses in straights. Novak playing 4 in heat and getting frustrated right now can't hurt Stans chances. Pulling for him. Pulling for Murray forcing a 5th too lol |

I believe you owe Murray an apology. friggin GOAT shots to get that break there.

Against Djokovic he is. That and he puts up 85 mph flat serves on his 2nd serve. Gives himself no chance.

The mind boggling thing is that he clearly doesn't want to improve on his 2nd serve. It's the major difference between him and Novak. That and the mental difference obviously which is huge.

And another game where Murray mentally checks out for a few points and now he's down 2 sets. 3rd set is gonna be a rout.
