Some very interesting conference races these last few weeks. BIG10 -Pre-season everyone knew this would come down to Oregon vs OSU in Indy and that hasn't changed. Love OSU in this matchup as it will be almost like a home game for OSU. SEC -Pre-season everyone liked GA and Texas. A&M and LSU sit at the top and play each other this week. IF LSU wins this weekend there is a real chance they will finish the SEC undefeated. in that case, we may get LSU vs GA in the SEC championship. IF LSU slips up to A&M or Bama, and Texas beats A&M, I believe we will get a rematch of Texas and GA. American -One of the most interesting conferences. Army SHOULD finish undefeated in conference play. Tulane plays both Memphis and Navy. If they lose to Navy we get the game America wants; Army vs Navy. The interesting scenario is if Tulane beats Navy and then lose to Memphis. We get Memphis, Tulane, and Navy all with one loss. Who gets the nod? BIG 12 I like everyone had Utah. Utah is done. BYU and Iowa state in the driver seat. I cant help but think BYU slips up, either to UCF or at Utah in a rivalry game. One loss KSU plays at Iowa State plays KSU the last game. If KSU can beat Iowa State we get a rematch of KSU vs BYU. Give me KSU to pull this out and win the BIG12.
ACC Clemson is looking like a machine but have three tough conference games left. I believe they win them all. Does Miami slip up? Duke and GT could be tough games. Can we get Clemson vs SMU? Either way I like Clemson to win the conference.
Conference USA How is WKU not the odds on favorite to win this? Liberty has looked anything but the team they were last year. Give me WKU.

Two that I added this week are as follows: Clemson, OSU, Utah, Bowling Green, Boise, GA $5 = 2,800 & Clemson, OSU, Utah, Bowling Green, Boise, Texas $5 = 2,900 |

@bitty11 DK, FanDuel, ESPN BET, Hard Rock... It also depends on state, as different states have different rules. In Ohio I do this on all main sites other than Casers and MGM. |

When doing these bets the key is to lay a ton of bets. I even throw in NFL division winners and MLB division winners into some of mine. I have about 100 of these plays as of now and will continue to add through out the season and will increase my bet size as the season goes on. I started mine in Feb so I have some good ones that only have two or three teams left to hit so I am hedging against those remaining teams which for most of them are OSU, GA, and Utah. |

Yeah these get addictive. I have added a ton since my original post. Mine are true lottery bets, all $3.00 or less (most are only $2.00) bets each though. FunBelt: I agree that App State and Texas State are the smart plays here. However this league can be similar to MAC where anything can happen. As a result, I have plenty of bets where I do not include any team from the SunBelt.
Big 12: I really like Utah but all depends on if Cam can stay healthy. I like KSU and even OSU and Kansas as well.
BIG 10: All Ohio State and Oregon. Can see either winning the Natty.
SEC: Georgia is obvious but an absolute brutal schedule. Have Texas spread across many as well. Also, never doubt Bama....
MAC: Not for the weak of heart. Could be any of about 5 teams.
ACC: Very interesting. I went big on FSU and Miami early but am really really Clemson lately. Have all three in my bets.
Mountain West: Boise Lock.
AAC: I really like Memphis but they have to play South FL and Tulane on the road.

We are getting closer my friends... One of my favorite pre-season bets are conference future parlays. I play them the same way as lottery ticket, very low money for a potentially big reward. A few of my early bets all via FanDuel:
Memphis, FSU, UGA, Liberty, Miami OH, Boise, App St: $1 = 2K Memphis, Clemson, UGA, Liberty, Miami OH, Boise, App St: $1 = 2.5K Tulane, FSU, UGA, Liberty, Miami OH, Boise, App St: $1 = 2.7K Tulane, Clemson, UGA, Liberty, Miami OH, Boise, App St: $1 = 3.3K
The BIG12 looks to be the hardest to pick IMO. -If Utah can stay healthy they will be tough to beat, but that is a big if. -I can make a case for Kansas and KSU. Iowa ST, UCF, and OSU could be very good. What do you guys like? |

Well, lets look at some updates after week 12:
Mountain West: Airforce is all but eliminated after an amazing effort against UNLV. I do not see them beating Bosie without their starting QB or FB. If Bosie wins and UNLV wins we get UNLV hosting Bosie. This is not a given as San Jose State is playing their best football. I still think UNLV pulls it out though in a tough game. I like UNLV over Bosie in the finals.
American Three team race as well. SMU is virtually in as they will not lose to Navy. Tulane vs UTSA will be a great game. I can see either team winning. Either way, I still like SMU to win it.
PAC12 Oregon vs Washington rematch. Oregon wins.
Big 10 OSU over Iowa
BIG 12 Texas wins another way to close game vs Tech. OSU beats BYU at home. Texas should beat up on OSU in the championship.

AAC - I like SMU to beat Tulane in AAC finals. ACC - FSU over Louisville. SEC - Georgia over Bama. BIG 10 - OSU upsets Michigan and beats Iowa in the finals. MWC - Fresno over Airforce Big 12 - Texas over OSU Pac 12 - Oregon over WU Funbelt - Troy over Coastal |

Mountain West is very interesting. I listed to Mountain West podcast last night and they reported the follwoing: The winner of Airforce vs UNLV this week gets in. If Fresno wins their last two games (San Diego St and New Mexico) they get in. The only given I see is that Fresno will be in as they will not lose one of those games.
So it looks like we we have Airforce UNLV winner vs Fresno. If Airforce's QB is healthy I think they can beat UNLV. If he is not, UNLV wins with game. |

The Mountain West just got very interesting.
Airforce is 5-1 in the conference. They lost their starting QB and have to still play UNLV and Bosie at Bosie. UNLV is 5-1 in the conference. They play Airforce and San Jose Stae. Fresno is 4-2 in the conference. They play New Mexicoi and San Diego State. Bosie is 4-2 in the conference. They lost Alveros (I see this a good thing.) They play Utah State and Airforce. San Jose State is 4-2 in the conference. They play San Diego State and UNLV.
Whio gets to the finals? -Fresno should easily win their last two games. This is the only given I see here. -Without their QB, I think Airforce loses their last two games. -I like San Jose State over UNLV.
Do we get Bosie vs Fesno championship game? |

The waiting is over my friends... Week 0 Pick
New Mexico State -6.5 vs UMass 2U bet New QB for UMass with zero playing experience. Pavia on the other hand played amazing in the last six games last year. Is UMass ready to play four quarters in that New Mexico heat? I believe Mex Mexico wins this big.

Yeah this is my fav week 0/1 play. Penn St will blow their doors off for a full 4 quarters, as wer all know Rich does not let off the gas. I also like OSU -27 vs indy. |

We are getting close my friends...
A few early bets: -West Virginia @ Penn State -19.5 I am buying the Penn State hype. They have a great shop to win the Big10 and make they playoffs. I think the it is real posibily that Penn, OSU, and Michigan all split the Big10 East. Look for these three to not let off the gas as is Rich Franklins normal reputation. I belive they will manhandle WVU for four full quarters. The line is just not big enough.
-OSU -27 @ Indiana Exact same reason as stated above. Indiana will be one of the worst teams in the Big10 and OSU is out to make a statement week 1.
More to come.

Let me start by saying, I do not watch MLS. I wanted to see if anyone has a feel on outright 2023 MLS winner? Seems like LAFC FCCincy are the teams most likely thus far. Any thoughts would be appreciated. |
