Suggestions on a good site to use for a Dynasty Fantasy Football league?
in Fantasy Sports
Hello Covers community. I am looking for a bit of advice in regards to the best site to use for a dynasty league? I have heard that ESPN does a solid one. I have also heard that FleaFlicker is considered to be one of the best ones out there. I am looking for one that is very configurable and easy to manage. It must have live stat tracker as well. In addition, I would like one that has an "Anti Tanking" format in which teams that dont make the playoffs have a "losers bracket" tournament to determine the draft order for the following. So, the team that wins the losers bracket would have the #1 overall pick.....not the team that finished with the worst record. I thank you in advance for any and all suggestions. Have a wonderful day everyone!

The offers a 50-100% new member deposit bonus match? I know justbet did that for a while, but it seems like they have pulled that promotion off the table for now. Can anyone suggest a SB that would match my initial bonus between 50-100%? I thank you in advance for your help!

a strong new member signup bonus? I have a book that I use, but I have a few friends that want to open accounts for the NCAA tourney. The site I use only offers a 25% new member deposit bonus but I know there are others out there that offer much more. My thanks in advance for any and all assistance in regards!

worst attempt ever at trying to scam people out of money! I put this in the same category as the rich king in Africa that keeps emailing me telling me he has 5 million dollars that he needs to wire me because I seem like a "God loving" and caring person. Wow!

a solid new member deposit bonus? The sites that I have used in the past have many variations of new member bonuses. I am looking for one that offers for example a 50% first deposit bonus.....etc I would like to make one big deposit and capitalize on any bonuses they offer as I get ready to start playing the CFB and NFL seasons. My thanks in advance for any help extended!

In OSU's defense, he does bring up a compelling point. Do you consider a neutral site a true road game? It's hard for me to call it a true road game considering that one of the major factors of "crowd dominance" (home crowd) is not part of the equation. In addition, the team you are playing on a neutral site is equally as foreign to the field as you are. By definition, doesn't one team have to have a true home advantage for it to be considered a road game for the other?

Curiosity part II; Has anyone seen their MTV Unplugged performance and not liked it? I have yet to come across one |

Freeze, my condolences for your predicament. One key bit of advice I would like to bestow upon you is to NEVER ask someone "what they did" to get here in jail. Most people you will encounter have pending cases and will never tell you what "they did." If you must ask out of curiosity, ask in the form of "What did they accuse you of to get you sent here." Its all about being headstrong at this point......at least football season is here and I know they will have tv's in your block. I'm still optomistic for you that this situation will turn out much less potent than you are anticipating. Best of luck brother!

CMo256, you are a total puke !! Why would YOU feel the need to post a response like that when someone is going through a tough time and looking for any kind of closure! Total scumbag dude! Im just floored by some of the audacity people have! If I were a lesser man, I would say that it probably would of been better off if it were you that has passed away. But I think that may be too harsh so I wont say that.....Im hoping this shot across the bow makes you realize that your comment was beyond uncalled for. I just hope you are one of those people that can be honest with themselves and realize when they spoke out of line. Anyways, my condolences to you raging. Keep on keeping on my man! And go anywhere and to anyone to get the kind of solace you seek in this hard time. I commend you for your strength thus far! |

Supereagle, hell of a run!! Hell of a run!! This has been a lot of fun to watch, I wanted to see if you planned on playing MLB runlines in regards to this system. A good majority of MLB runlines pay +130 and up. It seems like those kind of wagers would give you some extra runway because they pay out so much more and you are usually betting on the favored team to cover. Thoughts? BOS Red Sox were -1.5 and paid +170 |

I like PIT here all the way! Gotta play the stats here. Teams coming off a bye cover a significant amount of the time! See below (quoted by docsports.com)
2008 - Actually, blindly betting teams coming off a bye last year would have been a pretty good idea as it turns out. Teams coming off a bye were 20-12 ATS last season. Four games were played between two bye teams, so if you take those out then bye teams playing non-bye teams were an impressive 16-8 ATS. It's not hard to make money betting when you are right two-thirds of the time. It also was a reasonably stable way to grow your bankroll - there were several break-even weekends (excluding the juice), but none that were flat-out losers. That seems pretty promising. But can it continue for another year? |
