Never heard of this coach until tonight, but what a smart inbound play with .6 left in regulation. Other coaches need to step their game up when it comes to desperation play calling.
Sorry to anyone who lost on this game, but you can't knock the creativity of this coach.

Crazy game. Don't know why more coaches haven't tried that. Because it was after YSU made free throw they could run down the baseline. Oakland had their best player set a pick on the guy covering the inbound passer. Inbound passer runs down the baseline setting the YSU player up for a pick and eventually a foul called on the YSU player defending the inbound pass. Oakland goes to the free throw line and ties it up at the end of regulation with no time ticking off the clock.
Apparently the coach had done this successfully a few years back against oral roberts. Pure GENIUS!

Does anyone know where I could find these stats? Seems like the Pacers DOMINATE opponents in the 3rd quarter and fade in the 4th. Last I saw was 1-2 weeks ago Pacers had outscored opponents by 240+ points in the 3rd quarter for the season. I would love to see the ATS stats for this. I would think it's been a money pit for the season with that kind of point differential. But they are notorious for falling off in the 4th i.e. In Orlando. I am more interested in the 3rd quarter stats, as I think they have been more consistent but any knowledge on the subject is encouraged!
Tonight was -3 and they won by 8 in the 3rd, and -2 for the 4th, which we shall wait and see what happens. I really appreciate anyone who can direct me towards these stats!

Too much ice to work with on a 4 on 3. Devils shot themselves in the foot in that game.
Time to get back on track tonight. BOL

Keep it up curitiba, your work is much appreciated.

I'm interested in a website that carries stats and rankings of unusual things like "Defensive Ranking of YAC" or "Ranking of Defending Passes Inside 5 yards" (I believe San Diego is last in this category, if I remember correctly from the Denver SD game a couple weeks ago). It doesn't really have to be rankings, I guess I'm just looking for a website with detailed statistics to help me evaluate prop bets a little better. Before the game started, I heard someone on ESPN say SD's defense was the worst at defending passes inside 5 yards (I believe), I immediately thought Peyton - Audibles - McGahee - Check Down - Receiving Yards. I don't know if I will play the Jamaal Charles receiving yards prop or not but would like this information for future use as well.
Whoever has the balls to bet on the total or spread tonight, I wish you luck Thanks in advance to anyone who drops some knowledge on me.

The Cards have been notoriously bad vs. Bud Norris (7-3 with a 2.47 ERA) . They always find a way to make that guy look like a Cy Young candidate.

Came searching for your thread to thank you for the heads up on the Brewers over. I tailed you on it after seeing it was your first 6 unit pick of the year and further research. Thanks for the pick and great hit!

Been tailing you for a little now, and as a Cards fan it's tough for me to place the bet (like last night), but I think you are right here and will be tailing again. BOL taft

Cardinals have hit lefties well this year and have dominated Zito in the past years. Along with this is the run support the Cardinals have given Lance Lynn since arriving on the scene a year ago. As a matter of fact no one in the Majors has a higher run support per game since his debut as a starter (I do not recall the number off the top of my head but believe it's in the low 7's.) This year the Cardinals are helping with with 6.00 runs/game, which is 4th in the majors. A combination of a struggling pitcher in Zito, Cardinals' history vs. Zito, and the run support the Cards give Lynn brings me to my 5 unit bomb:
CARDINALS TT OVER 4.5 (-125)
