@Bluejay50 Yeah, that is mind numbingly dumb. Not that it mattered, because the Rams didn’t recover the on-side kick anyhow. But why get all the way down there, and on 3rd down, now kick the field goal? At least try to get the six first rather than being dependent on a Hail Mary. In addition if you do get the touchdown and don’t convert the two points, now you at least know you need a Hail Mary type play instead of a fg. |

The Diamondbacks shouldn’t be in this position. They have to point the finger at themselves. In the final two weeks, they lost 2 of 3 to the Rockies. 2 of 3 at home to the Giants. Blew an 8-0 lead to the Brewers. Lost the first two games over the weekend to a team who had already clinched a wildcard and was eliminated from the division crown (Padres). |

Top 20 in the Super Bowl era (chronological order). Really easy for me, and the only quandary for me was deciding to include 2013 Seattle rather than 1971 Dallas. -1966 Packers -1972 Dolphins -1973 Dolphins -1975 Steelers -1976 Raiders -1977 Cowboys -1978 Steelers -1983 Raiders -1984 49ers -1985 Bears -1986 Giants -1989 49ers -1991 Redskins -1992 Cowboys -1993 Cowboys -1994 49ers -1996 Packers -1998 Broncos -2003 Patriots -2013 Seahawks

1983 Raiders should be mentioned too. |

Correction: 2003 Patriots I meant as being their best, far and away- not the 01 team, which was the first of the six titles., Also, at least one of the 70s Cowboys SB winners deserves to be on the list, easily. 1977 for sure. I probably wouldn’t have any SB winning team on this list subsequent to the 03 Patriots. |

2023 49ers??? LOL. 2001 Patriots were clearly the best of the Patriot dynasty. 98 Broncos were better than the 97 Broncos and belong on the list. 86 Giants clearly belong, as does one or both of the Jimmy Johnson Cowboy teams. The 1973 Dolphins too. Most underrated team maybe ever. Overshadowed by the undefeated team in 1972. The 1973 version was better than the 72 team. The 1999 Rams and 1979 Steelers don’t belong. Maybe if I got thru to #32 meticulously, I’m wrong about the Rams, but a big con was barely surviving both in the NFC Championship game and Super Bowl- hardly the look of an all-time team. And the 79 Steelers were garbage compared to their other teams throughout the 70s, even a few that didn’t get to the SB. |

This one should go over, as I’ve seen Bencic start to leave her mid-season funks behind. I’m inclined too to take the cheaper price. Bencic/Swiatek over 20-1/2 games -105 |

Dimitrov/Tiafoe over 40-1/2 games w/ Keys Money Line
+122 Tsitsipas/Djere over 37-1/2 games w/ Zxerrv to win at least a set +105 |

@jvarghese Draft Kings- 1st set is +450, but the bet I took seems like a way better value and almost as likely. And from the viewpoint of both players’ tendencies, 1st is most likely the one Stan would nab. |

Adding a parlay- Musetti, Vesely, and Eubanks all to win a set. +115 Adding: Wawrinka to win 1st set and Djokovic wins match +950 |

Ok this isn’t 6-8 years ago as it pertains to this rivalry, but Djoker -20,000!!?? Whoa!!! That’s ridiculous. All it takes is one turn of the ankle. Or again, an errant hit off the face of a ball girl like a couple years ago. At the least, I think I’ll bite at Stan the Man taking a set at +210

@BigDickHertzer
Thanks man A final word- it’s good to see Rapnic back. But it’s still the same Raonic, which is why he will never enter the class of tier one elites. Far too dependent on tie breaks. Cant break worth a squat. That’s a tough one for me to take in the L column. |

I’m not buying the Murray hype whatsoever. But Tsitsipas has played like dog poo for months and always is a Wimby flop- and he shouldn’t had that much difficulty disposing Tin Man the other day. Not betting but I think the over is the play. Or at +130, over 10-1/2 in the first set. |

@jvarghese Yes that one played out pretty much exactly as I thought. I sort of expected the same too w/ Bencic and RC- which it did too but I passed on it unfortunately. In any event Vekic I felt passed a big hurdle and there’s still great value in her winning this tournament. Sloane has been playing consistently well for the first time heading into this matchup. |

Adding one on the women’s side and taking the plus money games handicap. I believe this one will be a barn burner. Vekic/Stephens over 22-1//2 games +110 |

Still have results from Tuesday’s slate pending. Monday a very small profit. I passed on Wednesday to allow things to settle a bit. I really feel Tsitsipas would have taken care of Thiem in 4 rather than 5 if it wasn’t for the rain. Three for Thursday. Lechecka ML +105 Raonic +1-1/2 sets +105 Wolf +1-1/2 sets w/ Medvedev ML +142
