I haven't logged in for several months but I felt compelled after reading what is quite possibly the best write-up EVER on Covers. You are right my friend, on all accounts.

Nice record so it's hard to criticize but... pitching every 5th day is pretty normal. I don't believe that is going to be a factor for these veteran pitchers. That seems to be the basis for your pick. Seems shifty.
Good luck tho. |

I admire your courage. Have you been successful wagering on so many plays per day? I never have been successful doing that. I normally limit myself to 1-3 per day and some days no wagers at all.
Good luck Swaybot. |

baseball is the only sport where you can out play the other team and still lose
in MLB Betting
Happens in all sports, even MMA. Look at Hendo last night. He clearly won that fight.

It all happened pretty quick. Even the announcers weren't sure that he was asleep. The camera views that we had weren't clear either. I don't think Maza did anything out of line.

Are saying that because he didn't step in when Fitch fell asleep?

So strange how that line moved so rapidly near fight time and then Burkman beats his hiney like that. Glad I had my $12 on the right side of the "fix".
I don't think it was a fix. I think Burkman is just a much better prepared fighter. A man changes after having a kid. |

Line on Fitch went from -600 down to -400 a few minutes ago. I don't know much about MMA but Burkman seems especially motivated in this rematch and may be a live dog.

Lara drops bombs and says Angulo fight was fixed! They're trying to rob Cubano fighters!

Thanks for the info Jerseyboy. I was fortunate because I had Lara in a parlay. Definitely will tread lightly on the Cubano fighters.

Mafioso Are you talking about Jessica Savitch? Her death had nothing to do with the mob...
On October 23, 1983, Savitch had dinner with Martin Fischbein, vice-president of the New York Post, in New Hope, Pennsylvania. After the meal at Odette's Restaurant, they began to drive home about 7:15 pm, with Fischbein behind the wheel and Savitch in the back seat with her dog, Chewy. Fischbein may have missed posted warning signs in a heavy rainfall, and he drove out of the wrong exit from the restaurant and up the towpath of the old Pennsylvania Canal's Delaware Division on the Pennsylvania side of the Delaware River. The car veered too far to the left and went over the edge into the shallow water of the canal. After falling approximately 15 feet and landing upside down, the station wagon sank into deep mud that sealed the doors shut. Savitch and Fischbein were trapped inside as water poured in. A local resident found the wreck at about 11:30 that night. Fischbein's body was still strapped behind the wheel, with Savitch and her dog in the rear. After the autopsies, the Bucks County coroner ruled that both had died from asphyxiation by drowning. He noted that Fischbein was apparently knocked unconscious in the wreck but Savitch had struggled to escape. There was no finding that drugs or alcohol had played any part in the crash. |

My book is at 2. That 1H was a complete toss up. Heat look more aggressive but I don't know if they can do it for the full 48.

EVERYTHING went Miami's way in that 1H and they only lead by 5.

Everything I'm seeing and hearing is that the Heat "can't possibly lose game 2". I'm on Spurs +6. The Heat cannot be trusted with my money. Should be a great game though.

Dan I wouldn't say SA played a "great" game. I'd say they executed a great 2H game plan especially in the 4Q. For me, this is take the 6 or sit it out. Miami cannot be trusted. They've shown that all season. Even during their streak, there were many of those games that they probably should've lost and plenty others that they did not cover. The Heat are good but I've not seen great from them yet. They will have to be great to win this series. We'll see if they can start tonight.

I'd be shocked to see a score that low. I think the total is too tight to place a wager on unless you do it in game but even then I'd be very careful. Either of these teams can reel off points very quickly and both teams can play shut down defense. So it's just too difficult to make a play on the total. Better bets on the board. I like +6 SAS
