Lots of shorting going on looking at the chart. On chain metrics need to improve as well after miners were forced out of China. Hash rate is the lowest it has been since 2019. Once the network strengthens back to earlier levels, we should be able to get back to previous levels.

I agree that it may be difficult now for the layperson to buy crypto's. I agree with detox as well though that advancements are being made daily to make things easier. In Canada, we have shakepay and after comfirming my ID, I can just e-transfer from my bank account to the app, which happens either instantly or within 5 minutes, and either exchange it or set limit orders. Companies are trying to make it easier. Opera now allows US and Scandinavia to purchase cryptos using a debit card or Apply pay through their browser.

Agree on the Celtics BB, took em last night on the ML at +108. Indiana hasn't beaten any of the top teams this year besides Utah, who don't look that great this year anyways. Not much time for a write up. Phoenix finally has all their players healthy (besides Ayton being out) and I think they get back on track today after this rough patch here since their great start to the season. I like that the public is all over Dallas as well.

Boston vs Brooklyn U52.5 1st Quarter

12pm game usually means slow starts for teams. Boston are 5th in the NBA in defensive rating and 21st in pace. Although Brooklyn likes to play at a fast pace, since Kyrie has been out, they have decreased their pace by 4 points putting them in the middle of the pack. I think both teams come out a little flat and tired with the early start. This may be a square play, but I really like taking these 12pm 1st quarter unders.

Stats for both are last 5 games (which are the ones after the Knicks loss) except pace for Mavericks which is 11th over the past 5, but only .24 higher than their season average. 

Clippers have the second best defense in their past 5 games while pace is 12th the season, but 8th in the past 5, although it has actually slowed down minimally by .6.

Dallas is also 6th in turnovers per possession at home on the year while Clippers are 18th on the road. This could factor into the number of possessions leading to a lower score as well.

Clippers vs Rockets game high total was also helped by a combined 62 free throws.

Dallas comes in at 7th in fouls per possession at home while Clippers are 27th on the road. Clippers fouling at a high rate could help get the total higher although I think that is mitigated with Dallas not fouling much.

Clippers vs Celtics need OT to get to 211. Boston is 21st in pace and 4th in defense.

Clippers vs Thunder went to 178. Thunder is 18th in pace and 12th in defense.

The games that were high scoring were against Pelicans, Rockets and the Hawks who are all top 10 in pace and the Hawks and Pelicans being bottom 5 in defense and Rockets are 18th in defense.

Since the Mavericks loss to the Knicks, they have improved their defense to 9th over the that span and come in at 20th in pace. 

Mavericks games where they scored 143 and 142 were against the worst defense in the league of the Warriors and 23rd defense in Cleveland and scored 137 against Houston similar to the Clippers high scoring affair.

I think their past scores are by products of the teams they have played having high pace and poor defense and I think we see this game go under the total.

Minnesota takes care of business like I thought they would. If not for that terrible second quarter, this would have been an even bigger win, but they still covered easily.

Minnesota coming off a tough loss against Phoenix. After their strong start to the season they have gone 1-4 over their last 5 games bringing them to .500 on the season. They didn't have Wiggins for 3 of these games and it showed as he has improved immensely this year. They also didn't have Covington for their game against Phoenix. They will have all 3 for this game against a poor Atlanta team. Minnesota lost both games last year in OT to Atlanta and Minnesota will be able to get their revenge this year with an improved team and a worse Atlanta team. Minnesota will come out strong and take care of business to get a game above .500.

Detroit Pistons TT U108

Detroit comes in off a nice win against Atlanta after looking like absolute garbage. They are still garbage on the road with a 1-7 record. They have had a bottom 5 team in pace and with Blake back that has gone lower. Detroit also has the second highest percentage of turnovers per possession on the road. Milwaukee comes in with a top 5 defense  although they have allowed 127 and 129 points their past 2 games. Last year, in 4 games against Detroit they most they allowed was 105 with Detroit having almost the same pace this year compared to last year, but were a much better team last year. I believe we see the bucks defense play better today and a terrible road Detroit team that won't be able to get enough points.
