in College Basketball Mac, I lost my ego along time ago. Although I feel a good streak around the corner, think I will tail you and one other guy I've known for years in another forum until March madness and then my best sport by history, baseball. You are as consistent as it gets and a prime example of why no one should ever pay for picks. Thanks again and best of luck... Droxside... |

Ready to deal with the price one has to pay of daily, weekly and monthly adjustments that are inherent with doing this successfully over the long haul. Capping to me is much more than numbers, it involves several factors, we each have our own criteria. personally it took about 25 years to get to the point that I could make consistent money over time. I am a grinder who hits 57-60% over time with strict moneymansgement. Like everyone else I Never know the length of time it will take or how long the good or bad streaks will last. What I do know is that I practice strict and disciplined money management with a personal detailed plan that allows me to be stress free, never worry about a game, a day or week of bad stretches as only risk 1% of my beginning base bankroll on every play and I know I will hit what I stated earlier over time.I will grind it out as I get my capping abilities back to par as being off that long brings the inherent adjustment to all new teams and players, but the process nstays the same. You are correct in the fact that capping games in February is much different than November and I do take it seriously. Any advice that you have along the way along with others is very much appreciated as I lost my ego along time ago and appreciate it when someone such as yourself with the experience that you have reached out as I sometimes miss something and always learning. I think it important to let anyone bthat may be looking at my posts that I do take each and every wager seriously and do cap all of my games as well as looking over posts from people who are still around from years ago(not all here) that give me an added advantage and bet much the way that I do. There are several ways to make money, I do what works for me. Anyway, thanks again and please keep giving input as I value your opinions, knowledge and integrity...Best of luck...
"Late season " matchups get a lot harder to cap aswell as cash. Good Luck Tonight , Bud |

Nos - just an observation...do these lines seem a bit inflated (not just your picks, but across the board)...I play faves, and I don't see a lot of value. Its seems the poor teams in each of the major conferences are playing really hard to try to win at least of few of their last few games, or the bubble teams are going nuts to get these key wins. The faves seem to be coasting (see Purdue and Vill Wed night). Even though I see 2-4 inflation, its hard for me to switch and play dogs. Would appreciate your thoughts...GL |

in College Basketball Hey Mac, you are truly one of the most consistent and best cappers. For anyone reading, Mac is a prime example of why no one should ever pay for picks when you can get his for free and he is good as all of them and better than most. Continued success to you my friend....Droxside |

Does not hurt that they have their front line healthy again and I have alot of respect for them right now as they very well could be the 3rd best team in the SEC right now as far as playing well. Having said that, if Auburn plays the way they have since Sec play started with the exception of the road game at Bama I do not think they can hang for 40 minutes with Auburn's team speed, defense and at home. Great guard play will be a big key along with defense and multiple three's by a host of player's...Best of luck... |

2017/2018: 1-0 1) Florida St +3Expecting the home-court to be a big boost as the #2 Virginia Cavaliers visit today. FSU is a monster at home averaging over 90 per game. Virginia has a suffocating defense, but with the 'Noles averaging 13 TO's per game I think they can offset that with a pretty descent rebounding advantage + second chance points. Should be a good game, gotta go with the home dog to play the role of giant killer tonight. 2) Texas A&M +7 (Top play) Auburn is the most overrated team in the country, schedule is awful. A&M plays good enough defense & rebounds well enough to give themselves a shot at an outright W here. 3) Villanova -16 St. Johns coming off a massive win (the only win they have in conference) over Duke on Saturday. 'Nova may very well be the nations best team this year, think Johns comes out flat after the big W and get blown out by 20+ tonight. Nova won both meetings last year by 13... add to that the situational spot for St. Johns + home court for villanova I don't think 16 is a crazy amount of points. Johns gives up close to 50% Frome 3 on the road and roughly 81 points per game... Think they need 75-80 to cover the number and just don't see that happening. GL |
