I calculated the Pythagorean Projected Wins for the 2017 season and tied it out with the values on pro-football-reference.com. Is the Differential 2017 Pythagorean Projected Wins - 2017 Actual Wins - ? Example... Arizona Cardinals won 8 games in 2017. Pythagorean Projection is 6.1. The Pythogorean Differential is -1.9. created a topic Week 1 in College Football WKU -17 - ratings have them winning by 24 Tennesse -21 - ratings disagree, but I am comparing this matchup to the Clemson/App St game from last year. La Tech +26 - ratings have them losing to Ark by 11. Toledo +3.5 - ratings have them winning by 14. CSU +7.5 - ratings have them winning by 3. My ratings are created from 2015 season results... I'll take the 7.5 and congratulate on your win if that is how it is to be. Everyone on the boards are taking the FIU ML and the points. My ratings agree, but I get nervous taking a public underdog.
