How do I delete this account?
Interestingly, about an hour ago I told all of you that I am not gay... I'm actually a married 51 year old with a 20 year old son and an 18 year old daughter. Evidently it's too much to handle and "they" deleted the posting. Weird rules these people play by. All in all this was a positive experience with the exception of being hit on a few times! Best wishes for all of you and thank you. |

After more than a year, I have decided to confess. I took on the moniker of gaybettor to see what sort of reaction(s) I would get. I'm a 51 year old straight man with 2 kids that grew up with gay people.
I am surprised at most of you accepting of the fact. I was also surprised at some peoples hostility. I thought, in 2010, our society was beyond this sort of discrimination, but I was dead wrong. This has been fun. I'm going to delete this account and I wish all of you good luck. |

Mad... I suppose you're right about that. I do have 90 days to dispute the charge.

I took the -12 and got a push out of it instead of a loss. |

What quite a few people don't understand is there are a ton of gay people around them. I know all too many married guys that "step out.".. present company included. You would be very surprised if you knew what I know. |

I was just put in the penalty box for posting a joke about gay people. Pretty funny, huh? Have any of you had this occurrence and why? Talk to me...

I don't think he'll ever be the same on or off the course. He's not going to have the crowd support he once had, let's see what Mr. Privacy thinks about that. Furthermore, I'd love to see someone snatch up that box caddie he has also. Fuckin' Stevie running his mouth again that he won't tolerate heckling of the MF. I am in agreement with you. It's going to be interesting to see Tiger walking up a fairway in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, etc. How is the Steve putz going to stop those fans from saying anything? If I were in attendance, I'd certainly heckle... mostly because my money will be on someone else and I'd want to see his pompous ass come apart. |

It would be interesting to have about 20 Covers guys on a craps table, with rickster being on the stick. Time Hog? I beg to differ. I was at the MGM Grand and this drunk novice held the dice for an hour and a half. I ended up walking out of there with $83K. I bought my Porsche with it. |

Does anyone believe that the apology was sincere? He has always been aloof. Always acted as if he were above the "standard." Why stop now? I couldn't disagree more. If he came up with that trite answer/attitude, he'd have lost what sponsors he has left. |

Here's what I do...
Play 1 or more units on the pass line. Once the point is established, let's say a 6, I take odds and/or twice the unit bet on the pass line and place the same unit bet on the come line. If another non pass line number comes up, say a 9, the boxman will move my come bet to that number. I'll then take max odds on that 9. I now go back to the come line and place a unit bet. If another number comes up like a 8, I'll then take max odds on that 8. I now have an 8 working, a 9 working and the point of 6 working... all with odds. If the shooter starts hitting your numbers, I'll go right back and establish another number by placing a come bet and buying max odds if it hits a playable number. Also, you really only want 2 numbers along with your pass line bet. You can paint the board, but invariably you'll get nailed. It's not as confusing as it sounds, and it's the best way to maximize your odds and make money. If you're a Don't player, you utilize the same method only on the Don't Pass, Don't Come and the numbers. If you're playing Don't, never celebrate when you win. You'll get your ass kicked. |

Hooray for Charles Barkley.
Sir Charles appeared on the Myers and Hartman radio show yesterday and was asked about the comments by PGA golfer Ernie Els. In case you missed it, Els said Tiger Woods was being "selfish," by holding his press conference today, perhaps trying to take the spotlight away from the Accenture Match Play championship in Arizona. Accenture is one of the sponsors that dropped Woods. OK, not perhaps. Woods is firing a shot at Accenture. Here is a transcript of Barkley's comments: Barkley: I one hundred percent agree with Ernie. Myers: Oh, ok. Well that's cool. Barkley: I think there's nothing he can say that..you know what? Listen...The one thing that I would say is...I'm not talking about the fans, I'm not talking about the press, because they go whether you win or lose or like that. You need to try to do a really good job of never alienating your players, your peers, and to do this press conference in the middle of a big tournament, I agree with Ernie. That's not cool at all. |
