Was told the same thing. You'd just have to go thru the normal sign-up process via the BAS website. They say "we'll be back soon and better than ever" I'm not sure I buy it. |

It does seem like something sudden did occur. as well why wait until week 1 NFL. why not July? It seems BAS that was a sister site of 5D at some point in the past. Thus why they operate on the same software. However, it is not ran by the same behind the scenes people/group. So no idea on bonuses, payouts...deposit options etc. I asked if this was a temporary thing to rebrand etc...and was basically told 5D will be gone for more than a few days. Not necessarily that they will seize to exist. I'm not sure what to think really. But I highly doubt it was to position themselves better within the US. Something else going on.. |

18yrs+ for me. I'm curious to the real reason behind it. In my mind it can only be 2 things. 1) Some accounts, processors...Bitcoin accounts are getting pinched on their end. Or 2) They truly are trying to get into a position for when most states get rid of the ridiculous rules forbidding it. Getting things established for better payment processors etc... I'm not sure which I'd lean towards...trying to get some answers though. |

The Wynns or the regionals or the horse tracks that also have betting potential I am not sure what growth this adds to them, what the margins are (not just the betting margins but the cost of operations with that added) and if it really is a growth vehicle either.
IGT you would think would have some interest just based off their relationships already built with these massive casino operations. Read some story about them teaming up with William Hill last fall who already has a foot print in this early sports betting stuff in places like Deleware, Rhode Island...West Virginia. But as you said, they are traditionally either in slot machines or your phone apps. Twin Spires (Churchill) Was one of the mains leans, it's obviously not soft in price right now....but if and when it becomes available around that Kentucky area Twin Spires already has he app/platform to benefit. I have a friend in Jersey, and he always sends me tickets from one of the books there and I want to say FanDuel was printed on the ticket. So I wanted to kind of start researching some of those type companies, and where they may look to go if and when they allow this and start regulating it.
Thanks for the input and discussion |

Hey guys, looking for some input on some potential stocks to get into. I'm of the belief that sometime soon, sports betting will become legal in a vast majority of our country. I'm looking to get into some stocks that would benefit from this happening. I know there's a bunch of obvious choices that are bigger companies, some that will benefit from the mobile platforms and the software for those platforms.....
MGM Boyd Gaming Churchill Downs (Who own TwinSpires) IGT
Any other suggestions or info? Would appreciate it, thanks folks. |

1) Yes, coaching happens all the time. It also gets warned quite often despite what some may think. I will agree that they should just allow it to take place. It's quite ineffective to punish it randomly. And only made worse when it happens on this stage in a final. 2) As had been stated. Yes, they swear...curse etc... It's often met with the warning, and a point violation. Most men say their peace and move on. Stating it happens without consequence just isn't true. They are just smart enough to not get the 3rd offense. 3) The umpire envoked the "abusive language" for his reasoning. Her demanding an apology was the start of it, but calling him a "thief" was a verbal jab and she frankly didn't need to go down that rabbit hole. He had every right to give her a violation. As far as him needing to notify of her if he was "considering taking a point away" He did...with the first 2 violations. 4) The ceremony was not the time or place to explain it to the fans. They were already booing things in general, and frankly likely ruined the biggest moment of Osaka's career. |

I think it was a combo of her being down a set, Osaka outplaying her...and a dash of entitlement. But yes, she knew a potential 3rd violation would have happened and still rolled the dice. |

There's a certain civility to every game, in regard to decorum towards umps/refs. And there's a penalty for every sport. Every player knows that penalty. She knew she was potentially on her way to a 3rd violation, it's bad enough demanding an apology over and over...but you then call him a thief. In terms of interaction towards the ump, she deserved the penalty at that point. Claiming the men do it and playing the sexist card is pretty shitty on her part. Yes, the men swear and curse and yell at an ump. They get get their warning, or violation and move on. They don't do it when they are on their 3rd violation. If she can't wrap her head around that....then she doesn't deserve to speak on it. Sorry, but if I'm a fan there in the stadium...I didn't pay to watch Serena break the rules...then whine and cry about it. I would have paid to watch good tennis...and saw that up until 6-2 4-3. She lost her cool after that...and it cost her. |

While it's true, the men do say similar things to the chair ump...it's rarely on the 3RD VIOLATION.
Could be the fact that the coach admitted he was coaching? So I guess....I got the facts? Try again... |

I would want NOTHING to do with Cambage come playoff time that's for sure. I don't think they have the bench to full on tank this game. (Randomly sitting D, Griner etc...) But I could just see them jacking up a ton of 3's and offering no resistance defensively. Yet, even with that...not sure Liberty give 2 shits about anything come this game. So only chance they got is Charles actually playing and dropping 25+ |

Served for the match in 3rd and got broken to love, served for match in 4th only to get broken to love. Earns his way to a tiebreak, and doesn't win a single point. Now in the 5th. Has been broken all 3 services games. Haha. Definition of a choke job. I don't care what kind of returner of the ball Diego is. |

Just thought I'd throw this out there...see if anyone has some advice. I don't often use BitCoin, but when I do I go through Coinbase. My issue I'm having is I buy a certain amount worth $75. Coinbase shows $71 being sent...and by the time it arrive in my 5D account...it's less than $55.
Losing $15-20 everytime, simply isn't worth the stress of trying to meet 5D "Exclusive" requirements for Bitcoin payout purposes. I ask them about it, and they have no reason for it outside of "That's what blockchain shows" As we all know Coinbase literally has ZERO customer service to get a timely response.
My hangup here is I do all my sports stuff thru Prepaid cards. Coinbase is the only one I've found that accepts those cards. Does anyone else have a recommended wallet that accepts Prepaid?
Thanks for any info. |
