Brownies going to the shady swing city of sin, and I like Winston to make a signature return....but it is the RB Chubb who ought to make the headlines against a porous run defense (#22 ?). Not sure why +6 has been a steady profit machine, even SU winners. The win ve Atlanta will have last game sympathizing bettors believing in dem Saints for another one, esp against the "lowlty Browns" , but Atlanta really outplayed em and was ujust nfruitful scoring and gave away opportunities.
Browns +6.5

Leans:
BYU is 7-2 ATS and may be the highest ATS team in CFB when it's all said in done in a few weeks.
The QB is given more risky plays than he deserves, but he is at home, and they do well here in Provo. Yes, they were "lucky" in Utah, and maybe should have lost. But that has no bearing on today.
Kansas -s 3-6 ATS and is over hyped every weekend.
I'm likely backing the blue and white here. |

Boy Tennessee Volunteers Sure Have A Great Opportunity for Success
in College Football .....however I am not going to buy it for a millisecond.
Tenn has failed in these instances before.
Georgia has a 3 year run of performing and executing at the highest levels, especially in important games. This is a do or die game as they understand it to be. 2 losses to quality opponets, and they are still in the hunt for silverware and notoriety.....
Georgia -9
They will win this by two TDs, but I do like the hype before the game. The buildup is all good. Buildup never means an automatic back and forth tight game.
The SEC would be turned upside down with a Tenn win, and this is not in the cards--Tenn does not have the cards. Long afternoon in Georgia. |

He had 47 seconds left and a 3rd and 7.
Why does he not try to get a little bit closer?
If he is afraid to try a run play, to avoid a TFL, why not try a look downfield?
Yes, the QB has 5 INTs, but really he had only one INT --rest were on a hail mary and tipped balls, etc
I don't know why everyone has ignored that...
The FG kicker had never made a kick beyond 51 yards, and Campbell is asking him for his longest kick ever.....
And NOONE has questioned why he gave up the last down.
The cameras were on him the entire time, and he told the ref he was going to call time out with just a few seconds left. I think he loses his patience for the game.....he wants it RIGHT NOW, and this revealed itself . His kicker came through, to bail him out, otherwise they would be talking about the loss of a down to move the ball, maybe work to the endzone and forget the FG.
I hate nurturing for a FG. I like games to end on a TD, but Campbell is saying here, I trust a FG kicker to kick out of his range, more than he trusts Goff to make a safe pass downfield. |

Det -3.5 I was hoping for OT because Texans were not going to score in OT. In game +4.5 Det ML +140 Despite 5 INTs. 3 of those were flukes. Two were legit bad throws. Texans did not score in the 2nd H.

Draft Kings just made a promo on NBC for Jared Goff to go UNDER 30,5 pass attempts, and made a good case for it. Looks like he will reach 28 pass attempts, and this could be lower if he is only throwing on 3rd downs with a two score lead. But if they are tied or playing behind, this could go over.
It looks tempting since it does look high at 30. Det is trying to play balanced and not gonna happen throwing 40 + times...... So it is a good play if you like the Lions, and they have expected control of the game. |

I don't have any great write-up or deep reasoning.....
Lions seem to be focused since last season on playing full "complementary football" and they are on the verge of doing so consistently. One reason they are somewhat favored in SB markets (??) The Texans have some superstar level playmakers. I'm not sold on Stroud, but he does make exceptional plays, and can scramble, so I will play him for over 16 yards. I think he is still learning, at least his body language shows this after bad plays, but he is dependable overall. Texans secondary is ranked near the bottom and we have a large enough sample to conclude that they are vulnerable against Goff, who likely will throw a lot this game. He gets a major target back tonight in J. Williams. I will play him for a TD, and getting over 50 yards.... I think this is high Octane game, but in the final quarter, the Lions will step away from the Texans, who are prone to mistakes. Det -3.5 Yes it's an ugly number, and too many favs covered today, but just like the stability and high level of play week in and out, and should extend their streak to 7. |

Close game could have gone either way. In the end, the defense held Daniels on hos last two drives. But a 1st down on that last catch, and Pitt loses.
Austin Eckeler is a stud for the Commanders. 2 TDs...I think almost 70 yards (?) and yet another reason Commanders are going to be tough.... Yeah agre that extra week to prepare helped. |

Wash Commanders are the fan favorite, darlings also of the NFL. However, taking chances that Pitt knows how to defend mobile QBs having Baltimore in their division as rivals. Commanders have faced 5 subpar defenses in last 6 games, and if you are off in your game, they will pick u apart, so taking chances on Pitt's top defense to make life difficult, or ear them out as they try score on long drives....... Russell Wilson needs only play a contained managed game, doesn't have to be a superstar......

Lamar is 5-14-1 ATS when the fav by 6 or more points the past 4 years. Do they cover tonight?
in NFL Betting That +6 is gonna attract a lot of bettors. +6 has been a cash cow this season. But over they years, -6 and -4 have been profit makers betting blindly on anyone at -6 or -4 has hit at a 54% clip. And it hits better when those teams are at home. So just betting blindly....have to like Baltimore's chances. Can also weigh in how Bengals let teams score in the 4th qrtrs of every game, incl Giants, Raiders, and the game they lost to the Ravens in Oct, they gave up 17 !! Balt will give up points to good playmakers....No reason to believe a lot of points won't come in late, but have to believe in the trends (trends suck I know) that Balt has the last hurrah at home.

Congrats Trump bettors. I didn't bet this really, just a tiny bet on Harris winning the popular, and I had a feeling that stopped me from betting more. I don't think you can base the Trump wager on anything more than a hunch. It was still a gamble. Anything could have gone wrong for you, but evidently it didn't. The polls were still withing margin of error. I guess you can say Rasmussen, Trafalgar and Atlas were more accurate. Actually most of the polls were off in New Jersey, as this was very very tight. We living abroad only 'vote' by betting in Polymarkets, and I have a buddy who lost over $50,000 on Harris. Now, before you gloat, he is the nicest guy you will ever meet, and if you met him you would not mock him. Just to be clear, he has garages full of 'toys' so he can afford to lose it. His take is that the Dems were on the right side idealistically speaking, but acted too much like a "machine," and are "too beholden to the bureaucracies." For example, the Amish in Pennsylvania, Ohio were getting "harassed" by some Agro-bureaucracy over the raw milk they were producing for their own consumption, and were getting investigated and fined. Trump promised that would end. So the normally non voting Amish organized and voted in large numbers (80,000+??), and this kind of personal campaigning worked in this instance. So congrats. Hope Trump keeps his promises and works out for you Yanks. My only other wagers are on polymarkets--I took Elon, RFK and Tulsi to make cabinet posts. |

I hope Trump has learned from his first mistakes, namely his hiring of people in his orbit, because in round one he had some real doozies---I recall an oilman as Sec of State was a disadter,; his press conference people were a revolving carousel of characters, and many others too numerous to mention. It is better to see Elon Musk and RFK, Jr especially, getting roles, and he needs a Chief of Staff--I would choose a woman like Rep Susan ......(last name escapes me) from Pa, she is a talent that can control Donald (as she was doing in the campaign--hard as that is to do he is a firebrand that can insult large segments of the population instantly). I still see him as Don the Con. You can call him a "persuader" but that to me is a con man who will sell you your own watch. He has been selling products galore, more so than in 2020, and where does this money go? Sorry, but I see him as a very styled grifter at a remarkably high level, given he is a financial industrialist from the billionaire class, and he has mad a loot since running for office. Will his promises be made real? Looks like voters want solutions to the border crisis. I think it became a national issue with so many of them going to northern destinations and NY, and the problems were real. I think Biden made a mistake by repealing the "Remain in Mexico" policy by Trump. No reason to take that one down so quickly. It helped the Border Patrol deal with the large number of apprehensions, etc etc. It looks like this created the 41% low approval ratings for Biden. I embrace their compassion for migrants and refugees in particular, but best pragmatic approach is to process requests from Mexico. Sorry, I'm trying to be reconciled with this news, and trying to pivot to accept it, like other Democrats are probably doing (I can't vote, but was hoping....). Trump is so focused on futurism, like all populists do, and needs to deal with day to day realities, and for God's sake stop tweeting nonsense jabs at opponents--it's undignifying for a POTUS and so not funny. Trump lies and exagerates as much if not more than damaging stories he doesn't like, from the so called "propaganda" or "fake news" as he calls it, of CNN or whoever. Deal with inflation and your national debt. BRICS is going to replace American soft powers of lending and influence very soon. He really needs people more talented than he, in his near orbit, guiding and controlling and counselling him NOW and for the next 4 years. GL, America. You really need it! |

Well, looks kind of dismal. I was down when Hillary lost--she would've been a great POTUS, and be ending her second term..
Looks like urban voting and female voting is down in early voting, and democrats need to overcome early voting advantages in PA and AZ, which is a first. Wisconsin is unpredictable. It all depends on turnout, and noone knows or can predict that. I don't want to invest even $10 on these scammy Trump sneakers, Trump commerative coin, or Trump coloring book, and wouldn't want to put even a $5 Abe Lincoln note on him to win. I don't think these Rogan, Elon and RFK, Jr endorsements matter much....it's all on the turnout.

The race is a coin toss. Experts are saying this much, and they also say that no amount of persuasion will make any difference now. Everything now depends on turnout. Harris was advised to drop the term "fascist" by an advisory team in her election campaign because it wasn't "cutting into" (resonating) with voters--seems the term "fascism" doesn't has much meaning for many Americans. I didn't like the term either, but that is over anyways for now. So credit to Team Kamala for adjusting. I don't like Trump calling Kamala Harris "stupid." Then he adds "Hillary Clinton was smarter...she was a smart person actually....but Hillary was a horrible human being...." Is Trump the opposite of "horrible" (pronounced in a Queen's accent "harribul")? I get it--he rose to fame by using this heated style on Jeb Bush in the Republican primaries (2015), but this style needed to be dropped when facing normal voters in the general(one would assume), and Trump has not shown any ability to adapt....It isn't funny, and it eradicates decency from the election, which is already questioned by so many. Persuasion not based on facts isn't democracy, it's brainwashing. Turnout would be extremely low without mail in voting, same day registration, ID verification....and this is why Americans vote so differently than the rest of the world. Turnout is already low, but would be embarrasingly low without eased restrictions, etc. And I see both sides claiming brainwashing on media channels, which is a form of rigging, or not voting based on policies, etc. So if people claim there is biased information (rigging) and brainwashing, and then you add in the unique ways of voting that are open to claims of fraud, the US election is simply not a great example for other nations to follow. Taiwan or also Singapore is more of an example to follow. All ballots are paper, and voting is in person. Counting is done by hand, and in front of witnesses and cameras. This is a model to follow. The US cannot do this system due to a huge dropoff in participation. So I expect claims of fraud regardless of who wins.....and the winner will be decided by turnout efforts in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania. Most Americans apparently feel their vote "doesn't matter." I think they would feel differently if they were voting for the heads of federal bureacricies that do impact their lives (like head of the FBI, the IRS, Soc Sec, Health and Human Serv, etc, etc), but that's a different story. This election has all the bad ingredients for a very heated, contested finale. Both sides threatening again , in one way or the other, to jail their opponents (Trump threatening 2020 election officials, etc, etc). The fear mongering and lack of respect will ignite the other side that has lost. All this circus after billions spent on advertising....Can't believe the leader of the free world is decided by the work of a handful of "get out the vote" groups in 3-5 states, due to this archaic Electoral College....Is this a way to do a "fair and free" democratic election? The rest of the world is pausing their activities to watch a peaceful transfer of power from a free and fair election. This helps the US maintain "soft powers" in the world, be a standard bearer, etc, etc. so let's see what happens on Tuesday, and more importantly, what happens on Jan 6 (certification) and Jan 20.
