created a topic Attending the sugar bowl insight in College Football So im trying to go to the sugar bowl. I dont know though if its worth 550 for top tier seats on stub hub. Couple questions and any insight appreciated. Wondering if the price could drop and I buy them on stub hub closer to game date.or thetr is a thing call teamtix. I pay for the right to buy a ticket at face value. Wondering if anyone ever tried it. This led me wondering if anyone had insight who is going to make the college football playoff. Should I take a sec team or could it be Oregon. I dont know if team tix is worth it or if I should justbite the bullet and get top tier seats from stub hub. Peyton is clutch but if the Colts are going to gel and become competitive again this is the team they have to do it against. Public is all over Peyton's nuts, and last years perceptions still have not adjusted. Vegas starts Sunday night off right. But the math is good. And seattle is better the only problem is they were not 13 pts better especially with the two o tackles out. I bet the hawks but once the game started knew I waa in trouble. created a topic apologize and discusiion. in NFL Betting Really bad logic yesterday. Hindsight for me is I should have bets ram team total under..I knew they would struggle to score. Anyway it got me thinking cuz I read this theory here year ago. What do people think about the flip flop of sunday/monday night game. If fav covers sunday dog covers monday. replied to Still think Public % & $ on a team doesnt effect games? in NFL Betting Agreed, I thought I learned some things and I have, but I still could not lay off the Hawks last night. I paid for it, but hopefully I just remember next time. Good handicapping could have gotten you to choose the Rams without tons of discussion about line movement and rigged Vegas. The Rams D is no slouch, their front 8 is legit and the cornerbacks matched up well against seahawks. I did not realize the two O tackles for Seahawks were out because that changed the game tremendously. In hindsight I realize the best bets on the board were the Under and the Rams team total under at 14.5. I knew the Rams would struggle to put up points, I did not realize that the Seahawks would struggle as tremendously also. I knew Kellen Clemens was familiar with the Rams offense and that made me pay ( I did not however have as big of a wager on this game 80 in hawks, 220 on packers) However, The only thing I hate about covers though is that people just post a pick with no evidence backing up reasons why. For this example, I did not realize both O Tackles were out for the Seahawks. I knew the Rams D was good but did not realize much about Quinn, who made the Seahawks offense really terrible. However again, that is my own fault in doing so little handicapping on the game and just playing by "feel". Again though I apologize for not the greatest sounding logic. created a topic Eating my words somewhat in NFL Betting So I said it was seahawks or a pass play for me and it looks like I should eat my words. The play did seem way to easy. I can admit when I am wrong and where not deep enough handicapping can get a casual player in trouble. I did not know both Seahawks tackles were out. I did know Kellen Clemens had played under Rams Offensive Coordinator for a long time and it was why I did not make a huge bet on the seahawks. Anyway I was wrong and will respect other opinions much more on covers as I did like the Hawks. Anywho I feel as if I learn from this mistake it will be good for me in the long run to have this experience under my gambling belt.
