The OP here is truly in love with himself ,and his typed words of wisdom he so kindly shares with the group. But given his track record, one wonders why anybody would view his posts as anything other than the ramblings of a failed creative writer, with extremely bad instincts and wrong headed advice.
The man bet a fortune on Hillary winning the presidency for Christ's sake. That alone should have revealed the level of his fraudulent nature.

I may not be the worlds best prognosticator. But when it comes to the championship game, I can't remember the last time I was wrong. It's Georgia.

Look, I have been a Chiefs fan my whole adult life. As well as a gambler. I didn't pay any attention to football this year, but when I saw the Chiefs as a 9 point favorite against a "down and out" team lucky to even be in the playoffs, there was no doubt where my money would go.
We are talking about the Chiefs here. 1-11 in their last dozen playoff games. Favored in many of those games. It didn't take a genius to figure out they would bend themselves over in the end.

I have been nailing these games like cheap hookers. If they are rigged, I must be tuned into the fix.

Seems like any time the talking heads are all over an underdog, it never pans out. I am not falling for it.

I should have known you were a Trump hating girlie-man liberal. Only such a creature would vow to leave if they lost a bet and then return only days later with an even worse play.
You deserve the misery you find yourself in, and your downward spiral will only continue. BTW- I contributed much to Trump's campaign, and my contributions were paid for with my +350 bet on Trump to win the presidency. Your money went to a good cause.

If I were going to bet 10k today, I would probably bet 5k on Atlanta for the game. If the spread dictates at halftime, I would consider a hedge bet if I was in a good spot to do so.
This would likely minimize your losses and possibly maximize your gains. That being said, I would seriously advise against putting 33% of your net worth on a bunch of fallible human beings.

If you were on this game with Miami and did not hedge some with that huge opening at halftime, I just don't know what to tell you.

You will have many worse days than this in your life. Gamblers have 9 lives like a cat. Hope you have a strong stomach.

Honestly when you just look at the 2 teams on paper it is hard to imagine the spread being as high as it is. Vegas seems to be counting on that pressure getting the best of the young team. And with 31 turnovers in the last 2 against lesser defensive opponents, they might be on to something. That being said, I am looking at the 1H line in this game thinking TCU may be able to hang for at least that long. No way I would lay the 14.5 I am now seeing on WVU though.

You keep harping on this but you are wrong. I thought the same thing you did, that Kluber was getting inside and outside calls. But when I slowed down the TIVO on the overhead views, the ball is touching the black every time. Which I believe is a properly called strike. Please let it go.

Ventura is 6-0 with a 3.18 ERA in nine career games against the Tigers, 2-0 in his last 2 starts, 3 runs or less allowed in 7 straight starts. Hmmmm.

You can't pretend the Chiefs streak means nothing and somehow validate the NE streak. 10 wins in a row against any NFL opponents is great and consistent football (with a little luck sprinkled in). This is a great point. I am so sick of people in the media trying to sound smart making the statement that the Chiefs haven't beat anybody. Jason Whitlock showed his behind on Cowherd yesterday, bringing up this exact point when predicting against the team that fed his fat behind for over a decade. All I know is, the only REAL team they beat was Manning and the Broncos. And they destroyed them, and were responsible for tagging Manning with his worst game ever. Yeah, but Manning was hurt......big deal.....Hey, how is Brady's health right now? He sure looked like a hurt player against Miami two weeks ago when Belichick wouldn't even risk letting him pass the ball, since his O-line could not protect him. It is easy to take the Patriots at home. No thinking required. Best of luck with that. And I just pray Tom Brady doesn't end the day in the hospital. Because if his line is no better than two weeks ago, that is where he will end up.
