Bobby Knight - I was talking to him in the Dallas airprot and it was all good. So I asked him if it bothered him that Digger is always touching him....he laughed. Then this kid asked him for an autograph and he got pissed.  

Bo Diddley - Rest in

Norman Schwarzkopf - During the first Gulf War.

Shawn Marion - In O'Hare on his way to team USA practice....drinks at the sports bar.  Nice guy!

Eric Dickerson - Hometown high school football game. Loves the attention!!!

Most Famous - Evander Holyfield - He was wearing a T-shirt that said "Four Time Heavyweight Champ". While I was shaking his hand and I couldn't take my eye of the ear!

My Very Favorite - Moses Malone - My childhood idol as I was growing up playing basketball.  Met him at Houston Airport waiting for the parking shuttle.  Told him how I admired him as a kid and he looked at me like I was crazy.  Then made small talk...really nice guy.  I couldn't stop  .

And a number of pro athletes for Houston teams at the golf course I work at. 

If I would have been that cop that Charles Barkley told he would tattoo his name on his ass.......Chuck would have walked. 

The rest of them a$$holes are getting a ticket on general principal alone!!

How are Texans the friendliest people in the world?  You barley get a Good Morning out of someone…in fact your more likely to get a “Buenos Dias”, and those aren’t coming from true Texans.  Break down on the interstate……no one stops to help you.  Driving on the interstate is almost a full contact sport.  People riding on yours a$$, cutting you off at intersections…..a bunch Joie Chitwood (born in Denison, Texas) driving fools around here.  I fail to see this place as special with regards to hospitality.  And the funny thing is you live closer to the big city than I do.  I know it’s not all hugs and hand shakes up in there!  

I have definitely lived friendlier places.

Live in Westview Terrace neighborhood just northwest of the football field.  I've been here 5 years and it's felt like 10 in alot of ways.

Absolutley!!

I only have one son.  His mom and I divorced 14 years ago with me getting custody and I have not remarried since.  It has just been me and him.  We are best friends and it has been so rewarding watching grow into a young man.  I didn't know my dad growing up....maybe that is why my son and i are so close.  90% of what I do in life is for him.....and like I said it has been so rewarding.

I can't imaging having 3 or 4 kids now days....but I do believe that everyone needs to create life and have someone carry on for them.  Although I have definitley met people in the world that are just not cut our for parenting.....it is work at times.

Do it all over again.....definitley!!
