Hi fellas! The loss on the boards for the Musketeers is massive against a team that likes to play the game at a crawl pace. Freemantle was averaging slightly more boards then his bigger ally Nunge. Now the big Nunge will relied on even more. Obviously Hunter will be expected to round up that loss. But defensively the Friars are sticky & some of their guys are getting their shots back. Maybe Xavier can win...but definitely doesn't seem like the kind of game where you win by multiple possessions.
Providence Friars +4 -109 (Pinnacle)

Hey fellas!
It goes without saying the 1st game on paper looks like the Lions were dominated. They actually held the lead after the 1st half & collapsed in the 2nd. The 3pt shooting luck went out the door. I see a better approach this time. Obviously they don't have an answer for Edey, but which team really does? They hit from the perimeter & guard the outside Boilermakers like Loyer, Newman, Gillis etc.. then all Purdue has the bigs. Which is fine! Easy 2's going down and matching with your deep shots is +1 in my books! I like them to stay within the big double digit number. It's still holding +10 at some major books. But I see it dropping with sharp action.
Penn State Nittany Lions +10 -108 (Pinnacle)

@sidthetallkid Where are you now bud?
Such simple mindless thinking. Basing a game solely on a single game result & some mainstream rankings. Create your own numbers, do your own research, depend on yourself or you will continue donating your money. Sheep... |

Recently myself and others are dealing with our streaks being improperly graded on streak survivor. I should be at a streak of 7 after the Red Sox win last night. It still reads as 6. Could you please correct this? Also any other guys still dealing with this. Just reply to this thread. Perhaps they can update everybody's.
Thanks for your help! |

@DHass22 Yeah I'm having the same issue. I just hit a streak of 7 after the Red Sox win last night. But it still shows 6.
Hopefully they correct it. |

@ALILHELPPLEASE Thanks bud! I just wish I stuck to advising the 5 inning moneyline. I thought they might be able to stick all the way through. Unfortunately that's how it goes. But that never deters me. I will be around. Still having a good season and I always break everything down. I will never say anything otherwise. Anyways if anybody took both we still made money as dogs! :) Good luck! |

Hi Fellas! I haven't had much time to look over multiple games tonight but I had one game to look over and they are pretty decent dogs. San Francisco Giants- I like Gausman's play on the road this season. He momentarily played for the Braves and didnt possess great stats at this ballpark, however he's more polished than he was then. Fried has been great at home and is pretty conservative. The Giants have handled these kind of pitchers all season long. I feel like they can get a few runs off him and kill his momentum. The Braves batting lineup is confusing to me. Albies hits far worse against righties and then Soler hitting sub .200 against righties this year next up. Followed by Freeman who is 0-3 lifetime versus Gausman. There is no jump start to this order. The Giants lineup has many good hitters in the lineup with great numbers at this ballpark. The relief units for both sides are a toss up. But I think the Giants are the edge as great sized dogs today. Consider 5 inning moneyline and full game Giants! Good luck fellas! Cheers! |

Sorry about the last play on the A's fellas. Leave it up to the management to make an ill advised decision by closing with Trivino over Diekman. Leading 3-2 in the 9th and lose 5-3. Great manoeuvre...reminds me of Montoyo for the Jays...you're never safe even when you think you have an idea of who they should be using. I took a little first 5 innings and made some back from the full game...but unfortunately I didn't share that. Sorry guys this one goes down as an "L". 5-2 posted plays. |

@JFelty Good play bud! Yeah I hate when people come in and troll and yet they don't even provide any reasoning for why they disagree. Don't let it ever get to you and keep posting. You're helping more guys out than the trolls are. I got some backlash for backing the Jays tonight but nobody gave me any valid reasoning why I shouldn't. Glad I listen to myself. |

Hey Fellas,
Like my previous post I haven't got on much to post despite having a great MLB season. Anyways I have two plays for tonight. OAKLAND ML- Blackburn is starting for the A's which isn't anything special and his numbers are not astounding. However, I think he can keep this Mariners team conservative tonight. I still believe the Mariners bats are overachieving and I'm looking for some regression. I don't believe Gonzales gets the job done on the mound today. The Mariners have a fairly decent relief unit numbers wise versus the A's but I think it will be too much to overcome. TORONTO ML- Definitely a hard nosed play on a team that's struggling. Furthermore it is the White Sox and they are hard to play against since they are stacked. The Jays are stacked too though, they just need to find their momentum again. The young Manoah looks like Lance Lynn's younger counterpart. Identical in size and stature. Lynn's been a little worn on the road and Manoah has faced this team before and has shown no pressure with the home crowd. After a look at the bullpens I see potential for the Jays with decent numbers against the Sox batter. It may be dicey and bold but give me the Jays today.
Good luck fellas!

Worst timing lol...he smashes today. He is very streaky I will agree he can be frustrating at times..but then again so can a lot of players. I mean look at Vladdy. He smashes last night but he's been atrocious after the all star break. It happens bud! |

So I've had a good start to the MLB season so I thought I would share some insight. I'm big on Houston tonight as they have not only played well but their bats know how to hit at Angel stadium. Historically all of the Astros lineup performs well here. I expect regression for Quintana. Hes a lefty who is starting to lose steam with age. Luis Garcia is undervalued in my opinion here and should perform well. Lots of good right handed bats for the astros and Quintana hasnt performed well at Angel stadium in the past. Houston is the minor dog play. San Francisco- This is a fairly big dog play. San diego's lefty hasnt performed well at home in the past. I expect him to have trouble with this Giants team full of righties that statistically have been hammering against lefties. Not only that, but almost the entire Giants lineup tonight hits over .300 at Petco Park. Giants relievers are rested which helps. Desclafani who is dealing for the Giants has performed well at Petco when playing for the Reds. Even with this stout Padres lineup they havent been blowing me away. The Padres relief pitching unit is banged up and not exactly rested. Edge to the Giants. Without much explanation I will be backing two faves tonight but both carry some value as vegas doesnt have them lined as overwhelming faves. But I will be on the Chicago White Sox and the Los Angeles Dodgers. As always good luck with any sides you fellas are on! Cheers! |

Obviously i can't be absolutely oblivious to the fact Baylor has been underwhelming shooting the 3 lately. Fingers crossed that this 3 point regression continues. But Arkansas can play defense but anybody can fall flat on their face if 3's are dropping. So as long as we get that defensive progression than how could they lose by more than 3 possessions. Let's not use the last game versus Oral Roberts as an alarming issue for Arkansas. The Summit conference was deeper than it appears. Oral Roberts knocked off South Dakota State in the final. Well the thing about the Jackrabbits is that they play great D and can shoot. This was a scary #15 seed that people overlooked. Regardless im looking at this game from the perspective of value. I got +8 last night because i found edges towards the dog. So to me that's valuable anytime. There is no way i could back Baylor in this case. There is no doubt i was impressed with the way baylor rebounded against villanova. But i still cant forget that the big east didn't impress me this year. They were down their leading player who was the floor general for them (Gillespie). I just think the legs got away from them down that extra body. That was a huge benefit to Baylor. Anyways, just me talking about it is cheap until we see what actually happens. I hope its the right angle but if it isn't I'm glad we all got to have some discussion about it. In a perfect world we all bet the same side and destroy the books. So best of luck to all of your good fellas and enjoy the game! Cheers! |

@Memo22 Best of luck as always. But the one thing Bama didn't have that Arkansas does is a guy who plays tough in the paint. Bama really lacked toughness. Bama had to rely on tossing up the 3 because they lack any grit inside. At least arkansas can beat you down in more than one way. Justin Smith could really be that nice check down spot when those open perimeter shots arent available. Plus their guards arent afraid to go inside the paint either which could generate some fouls if baylor gets to zoned in on limiting smith in the paint. I just think the way Arkansas runs the floor that they are extremely athletic. Not saying baylor isnt either. But if baylor isnt hitting from outside either i think it will be tough to win by 8 or more. But lets just hope this is a good one...obviously still needing that Arkansas side for myself here. |
