replied to BIGGEST PLAY IN HISTORY OF SPORTS BETTING in NBA Betting Too many pts for me. Cavs coming off a big win and are obviously hot, largely in part of Lebron's monster play. If he decides to come out and not give a garbage Cavs can and will lose. If he comes out like the monster he is cavs will easily cover. But with Portland on deck tomorrow, I could see Lebron holding back tonight so he can save some for tomorrow. Drummond and Monroe should totally dominate inside this game, augustine has been playing great. Cavs will settle for jumpers all game and Detroit will get easy baskets at the rim. created a topic Bills vs Bears in NFL Betting Been going back and forth with this one, wondering if anyone pays close attention to either of these teams. The Bills offense has been shaky in the pre season but they have weapons in Watkins, Williams, fred jackson and spiller. The Bears defense sucked balls last year, especially vs the run. I could see spiller and jackson running through them. I could also see Watkins and Williams torching them. This is what I'm having an issue with....the Bears D. Their offense is loaded with Marshall, forte, bennett, and Alshon. The Bills had a tough time against the run last year so I could see the Bears scoring at will. Also, the Bills have Jim Schwartz now who is familiar playing vs the Bears from his days in Detroit. What do you guys think?? Just look at the games vs Boston, OKC, Toronto, Spurs, and Philly recently. The nets got murdered by OKC and toronto....and barely beat teams that they should kill with their eyes closed. I'm a big nets fan, but I'm not delusional. Nets are a good team, but aren't playing well. The east is so bad that it can make any decent team look good. I'm not a total person, so I have no opinion on the over/under. The nets looked awful last night and it was very frustrating to watch. Yes they beat the spurs by double digits but if the spurs were healthy they would have wiped the floor with BK. Dwill looks totally out of sync. He looks like he is trying to force everything, dumb passes, getting the ball stolen from him, etc. I wish they would go back to having him come off the bench. The bench players are a better fit for him. When he gets the ball he always wants to run and push the pace....the rest of the starters KG, Pierce, JJ, and Livingston are not run and run players. I really want livingston to handle pg duties and have dwill play off the ball. Because having livingston play off the ball is stupid, his man can just sag off him on D. That's why when alan anderson starts he spreads the floor more because defenders have to respect his shot. All this being said I think the nets should still win, but I would advise to stay away from this game. But the pistons arent a 3 pt shooting team and that is something that hurts the nets. However, they have Drummond, smith, and Monroe who will probably terrorize BK on the boards and lead to a lot of second chance pts. For that reason, I would stay away. Another note...I want to see Kidd increase Garnett's minutes already...guy plays 18 minutes a game and still gets around a double double. Maybe he is waiting until after all star break. It is very difficult to play b2b, their bodies must be sore as hell. Yes they are world class athletes, but they are still human. Spurs have handed Nets many beatings in the past, straight up embarrassing them. I don't think the Nets will sympathize for this Spurs team, I expect a route. Nets are a veteran squad, they know the Spurs can beat teams even when their star players are out. I don't expect them to look past this game or look at it as an automatic win. But I thought Spurs would beat the bulls last week easy and the bulls killed them in San Antonio. You just don't know in this league. Every game should be pk because it's hard to even pick who is going to win games. Look at GS the other night too, -11 vs bobcats and lose straight up, knicks -8 vs bucks the other night, lose straight up. created a topic No catchy headline, just winners in NBA Betting Got 2 plays that I like tonight. Like these 2 even more because they are not sexy plays: Bucks +2- ATL sucks and this might sound crazy to some of you who don't know basketball but the Bucks have the better team on the court in this game. ATL is depleted by injuries. Bucks still have quality guys like Sanders, Mayo, Ilyasova, Butler, Knight. Throw the records out the window in this game, and take the Bucks. And they're at home!? This is a gift. Wiz +2 Read the Wiz guy's thread. He's got some good info. But to sum it up the wiz have not been over .500 in the John Wall era and have a chance to do it tonight. Yes it is in a back to back on the road but I still like their chances. Utah sucks, Wash is a young team so the back to back shouldn't be too much of an issue.
