first of all, what does this even remotely have to do with the Las Vegas forum? you should move this thread to Gaming U.S. where as you can get responsible and knowledgeable  replies, second of all; email list? come on now, you can't possibly be serious (you evidently did not cross your t's or dot your i's) 'locals' as you perceive them; do not operate by the description bestowed by this thread, nor any commentary posted, regardless of their sincerity, everyone is based upon opinion, and not hands on experience. I won't elaborate, however, as what you are about to pursue; I Am sure that you are fully aware of, is highly 'illegal' but yet you put it down on an open gambling forum for the entire world to read ( including U.S. law enforcement agency's) Your quest has merit, your idea is justified, and will make you a great deal of money if done professionally, local bookmaking concept has changed dramatically over the past 6 years, and in many cases,has been fine tuned to excellence, if my action wasn't confined to LV SportBooks, based simply on the fact that I reside here, I would never use an online/offshore sportsbook as opposed to a 'local' service...never..the key element is based on the software that's being employed, and its application to the local market that surrounds it, take it from their, and talk to someone with some form of IT/programming experience relating to the sports bookmaking industry on the 'local' side of the fence.

Cincy QB Kiel will not play in this game. That is fine by me. I like the back up , Moore. He should provide they spark they need when you consider how shitty the past few years' bowl games this team has  played.  San Diego State, mostly a running team, will be starting a new QB.

San Diego State played in the worst conference in college football, (the Sunbelt is better). I am not sold on this team.  I have never had a problem betting against Rocky Long coached teams and this game is no different.
