well....just like SMU game as I predicted.....what a shitty, embarassing performance. Bye Bye NCAA tourney, we honestly don't even deserve to be in the NIT. Too inconsistent and face it, Josh Pastner isn't that good of a coach. Last 8 games have been good with Black and Coleman inside....then last game and this one he screws with the lineup and changes what got us to this point giving Witherspoon a lot more playing time than he deserves. And Coleman gets 4 mins??? WTF?? Coleman was in the doghouse for a turnover in the first half, yet Joe Jackson, Will Barton and others can make mistake after mistake and not be benched for even two mins sometimes. Piss Poor coaching! |

Good luck guys....I don't wager on my Tigers bc I learned years ago don't bet with your heart. Is it a game we should win......yes! Is it a game this young team could very easily lose.....yes! Reminds me of the SMU game on the road earlier in the year. But we have some momentum going now, having knocked off both Southern Miss and UAB twice this year. Only challenge that should be left is at UTEP. But you know how college basketball goes, Texas, Pitt, and others have found out today that life is tough on the road, no matter who you're playing. Every away game for Memphis is the other teams "game of the year" because even though we are down this year we are still the class of CUSA I think. When you play as many freshman as we have this year, there is bound to be a learning curve. I will be on a M&M parlay tonight, with Sparty and Marquette! |

Maybe a trap....very well could be. But Memphis and Rice haven't played this year. I hope you study your games better than that before laying money. I don't know what site you get your info from but it's wrong.....Just a heads up

bushman, if you read the post you would see I said they were not even emphasized, mentioned, etc......much less practiced. And if guys actually practiced FT's "AFTER" practice as you say, then they would be better than they are. The writing is on the wall......you don't have to make excuses for them. They don't practice them period |

Sims, Would like for you to copy and paste where I said "Memphis is the greatest team ever" because I never said that. Maybe you're mad because you lost money of KY or drunk, because you have me messed up with someone else!

I agree WestHam......he is a great recruiter, but next years classes show that he didn't do all the work as far as recruiting. We have the Number 1 class in the country coming to Memphis to play for a head coach who is only going to be starting his second year.......so that says a lot about how much work Pastner did last year with the class that is on the floor now for KY plus Xavier Henry. |

Live and die by the three......and doesn't put any emphasis on FT's. Attended many practices at Memphis while I was working on my degree in Athletic Training, and FT's were RARELY mentioned and worked on, even as the entire country and "Experts on TV" kept preaching how it was their achilles heel and that it would bite them..........and what happened against Kansas, Rose missed a FT to ice the game and they lose in overtime. I had no money on this game so I feel for those of you that had UK and this isn't aimed toward you. But glad the Big Blue fans will be going home early.....goes to show you can't buy a National Championship by hiring a Coach like Cal just to get the Number 1 recruiting class in the country. And if they actually hired him because they thought he was a good coach, they are more idiotic than I thought. He is a Great Recruiter, Politician, Car Salesman, etc.......and will say Anything and Everything the school and it's fans want to hear. I know because I fell for it and witnessed it while at Memphis. Sometimes it's a tough lesson, but you truly wake up see how a person is once they are gone. Congrats Huggy Bear, you deserve it much more than Cal! |

Thanks ICAP.....and Professional1, that is something we will have to scout out, share info, and hopefully have a strong angle before gametime. I will be reading every press clipping coming out of Champaign, Blacksburg, Oxford, etc....local papers and quotes from coaches and players can often times tell you a lot about a teams state of mind. In the NCAA tourney, you know everyone is elated to be there so it's simply matchups and which side of the line you want to be on. But usually after the first, and clearly after the second round NIT games you know who wants to be playing and from then on its simply matchups and lines as well. But the first and second round NIT is where we have to be careful.........but money to be made there!!!! |

Money to be made in the NIT as well..........you have to wager carefully though. Teams like Miss St. aren't going to be enthused about being there after the way they played today so I don't expect them to do much, can't wait to see who they play in the first round. Meanwhile, teams like my Tigers are looking forward to playing, keeping the season going, and preparing for next year. Sure it would have been nice to make the tourney, but you have to look at all they've gone through since last march. Look at UCLA, Carolina, UCONN........none of those teams had a shot in the last month to even sniff the NCAA tourney with the exception of winning their conference tourney....while Memphis would have probably made it had they just made the championship game. And the other three storied programs didn't lose their coach and top recruiting class on a midnight plane out of town, and even more we are talking about a first year coach here. So all in all it was a good season and will continue to the big apple I hope. Other teams I look forward to seeing matchups and hope to get good lines on, William and Mary, UAB, Akron, Dayton and Rhode Island. I think they will all be glad to still be playing even if it's not the big dance. Other teams like Miss St. that we have to be careful with are teams like Illini, Va Tech, and Ole Miss...........wager carefully on them |

Yeh, inner city Memphis is a dump, just like every other city in America........so his hometown is just as bad but betting games is not about cities, its about teams and players so if that's how he caps his game then he must be a 13 yr. old gambler. I don't live in Memphis so could care less what he says, im in the suburbs in north MS. |

Memphis grad, season ticket holder for the last 12 years, and watched every second of every Memphis game for 20 years........... And they lose tonight straight up......I love my team but facts are facts. Memphis roster is no better than Tulsa at this point......Next year will be a different story with the #1 class coming in. Had E.W.'s mom not gotten sick and he come to Memphis, you are looking at a .500 club this year at best. One big man, Coleman, who gets in foul trouble and is still adjusting from junior college play to D-1 against the size of Tulsa, give me a break. We couldn't handle Character at home against UTEP with Coleman and Niles double teaming him.............and Niles is gone so there goes 5 fouls we had to give. This is not your Memphis team from the last 4 years, name on the jersey the same..............players, NOT. Evidence already available in two CUSA losses this year, and one coming at home which was never a worry before. Tulsa 68 Memphis 61

Guys, I use the Greek as my main account but wanted another account to have a little line variance.......had read good and bad reviews on almost all sites, so joined Sportsbetting.com......BIG MISTAKE. They sent me the CC Authorization form in a format that I can't open on my pc.......have never had this trouble before with any data or forms, be it wagering or work. Was wondering if any of you guys happened to have it saved and could try emailing it to me so I can get it filled out, sent in, and get my money out quick. I have emailed them 3 times since they sent me the first and only email, and no response yet. Talked to them twice on live chat and they said they would email it to me right away in another form such as pdf or adobe........and they haven't sent it. Horrible customer service. Any help is greatly appreciated |

I don't think the Colts come out on fire and put up a first half like the Saints did........every offense requires timing, but the Colt's may require the most timing of all time because of Peyton and his style of passing. With that being said, no matter how much people may want to believe it, you cannot simulate that in practice as it is still much slower than game speed, even if you put starting offense against starting defense. I think it was a mistake for the Colt's to take their foot off the pedal so I'm playing.......... Ravens for the 1st half Then we can see what direction the game is heading and make a halftime play from there. |

When Kurt broke into it big time with St. Louis she had that dark, short, spiked, butch looking haircut and was kinda hard to look at.................................. Now that Kurt has his millions, she takes better care of herself and is fucking HOTTTTTTT in my opinion for a MILF!! |

Kansas has been overrated all year......I didn't bet this game so have no dog in the fight, but how could people actually think they were the top team in the country or that they were just going to roll over TN? They beat my Memphis team by 2 earlier, and we all see how down we are this year.......they barely get by Cornell at HOME, and yes, Cornell is a good team, but if you're number one in the country you should beat them by 10-15 at least and it shouldn't be close in the second half.......who else have they beat Hofstra, Central Arkansas, Oakland, Tennessee Tech, Belmont???? They beat Temple and Cal (who was without two of their starters when they played) So if that makes them the best team in the country in your mind then so be it, but NEVER bet just because of rankings or because a team has players suspended because you never know how the others that don't get that much playing time are going to come out and play........usually not a good spot to go against a team because they want to prove they are still winners |

I thought GB was tied in the 4th qtr..........i must be watching a tape delay or something and Arizona must have scored 4 or 5 TD's in the last ten minutes

Thatsagoodone.....we are going to have to fly with them. I made money with them the other night in Utah and coming off the back-2-back with Portland. Jazz looked dominant in that game and the Grizz played no defense so this was more of a situational play for me as they have been "hotter than they should be" in my opinion. But it's to the point where I'm really gonna have to start believing in this team, at least a little bit
