Eh, it just depends. There are a bunch of times where you can take a live line when you get a 4Q drive with a team down 2+ scores needing to score to cover the live playing against a soft defense that will allow everything underneath to be completed at +juice, sometimes by a good bit. These lines are usually off imo and have absolutely made money for me the last few years taking live bets in these situations

Lester doesn’t strike out batters as frequently... anyway would appreciate it if someone could answer my question

I want to bet Freeland over 4 Ks tonight but am worried that he might not go long since it’s a 1 game playoff and he’s only on 3 days of rest. Has anyone heard anything about how long the Rox plan on pitching him tonight? Thanks

Hi, I was curious to hear if other people had their total bets scored as winners or losers or had them scored as a push. The game was suspended in the top of the 10th with the score at 1-1. The game is set to resume tomorrow afternoon. I personally didn’t have a bet on the individual total but had a bet on the over for the total amount of runs scored in every game played today (Grand Salami bet). Currently it’s 3 runs shy of hitting with this game still pending. The site scored it as a loss. This doesn’t seem right personally as this game hasn’t reached its conclusion, all stats for the resumption of the game tomorrow will be recorded as stats for the game played today. I looked through the rules and while there were provisions for postponed and cancelled games there was not any specific mention of how the bet would be scored if a suspension occurred in a tie game after the 9th inning. I mean there’s a good chance they won’t score 3 runs anyway, but just in case I was curious how others had their bets scored

It definitely was important to me. Had Miami live +7.5 and over live 58.5. I took the over the start of the 4Q where I couldn’t lose both with any Miami td. After the Miami fg the only possible runout I could lose both on was wisky outscoring Miami by exactly 7-0 the last 10 minutes. Thanks to a 23 yard missed fg that happened. Between that and the missed hold and missed PI costing Miami 10 more points at minimum, I’m pretty livid to say the least

Absolute joke beat. Refs miss 3 block in the backs on kickoff and call facemask instead. Could someone please explain to me why the clock stopped for over 20 seconds with no timeout being called after Mid Tenn threw a -1 yard pass to the middle of the field on 1D?

You don’t have to pay in full. I’ve been in this spot before (maybe not quite this desperate), and I know tons of people who have been in similar spots before. I’ve never heard of a bookie not taking some sort of payment plan. They honestly don’t have much of a choice, like someone said getting paid even if it takes months, is better then getting stiffed. Explain your situation, offer to pay a few hundred every pay cycle, if that doesn’t suit him you can tell him to darn off. There’s honestly not anything he can do about it, no sane person is going to risk an assault charge/risk getting busted for $1500.

Anyone who as Pitt with the under is the luckiest mfer on this planet, Lions should’ve scored close to 30 minimum, total should’ve flew over but lions specifically should’ve had way more then enough to make that combination impossible

Better question is why on earth did the Georgia Southern coach call a timeout with 32 secs left. Arkansas St tries to do the classy thing by taking a knee when they easily could've scored inside the 20, and after the second knee the coward coach calls a timeout down 18 and 32 secs left. On offense i can live with the timeout but to call it on D when the game is beyond over and the other coach is trying to do you a favor by not running up the score? That was absurd and I don't blame them for throwing it on 3D after that. Georgia St coach should be ashamed of himself

I'm lost heaps on that dropped Pitt TD for both half and game over, I've also been slaughtered this week, I have WVU, let's see who runs worse, both offenses look like trash thus far

Over not hitting for game or 2H one of the most disgusting beats I've ever seen. Pitt dropped td cost both bets, not to mention the 20+ points left on field in the 1H, the series after the Pitt fumble and on that int a NU player had to beat just one man in the open field for a TD and both times they fell down. A few plays before that dropped Pitt td the Pitt rb had a walk in td and inexplicably cut it into the only NU defender in the open field at the 15

Very shady ending, Oakland doesn't foul after the missed 3 with 10 seconds left, over closed at 161, also affected the game spread

UNC easily covered 2h vs Chaminade what are you talking about?

Such a disgusting beat. Ok maybe it goes to ot and I lose, that still would've sucked but to not cover in regulation getting +3.5 up 1 with the ball 26 secs left was probably a 1 in 10,000 runout. Literally each and every one of these things has to happen. Clippers have to turn it over and turn it over within 5 seconds, check and check. Grizz have to shoot a 3, make or miss they don't shoot a 3 can't lose in regulation, shoots a 3 check, has to be quick, check, has to make it, check. Clips have to not score and do it quick, turnover then fumble the loose ball, again check and check. Then Memphis has to make both fts, obv check, then instead of getting a wide open 24 footer bc Memphis was going to back away to avoid fouling, Paul inexplicably decides to shoot from half court, check mate, probably the equivalent of someone hitting a 8 game parlay against you

Hey guys, this was the first CFL game I have bet, went small on the under. Wasn't aware of the under 3,minute stoppage rules, that makes it quite a sweat if you have a close under going. Fortunately it didn't matter this game but do CFL coaches usually try to run up the score rather than take knees? Calgary had 1st and 10 with about 15 seconds left, 2 knees end the game and the coach calls a pass in the end zone, wth? Then after taking a knee on 2D instead of taking another knee they kicked a fg on the last play of the game, up 17 points.... That's insanely bush league, what am I missing, probably won't major make a habit of betting totals if coaches doing absurd things like this end of game is common.

I don't understand this thread. Carolina is clearly the superior the team, why wouldn't they be favored?? If they don't make any mistakes Denver has no chance to win as far as I'm concerned.

Panthers vs steelers or pats. Almost positive the NFC champ wins, AFC looks like a pile of garbage

That might've been the most classless thing I've ever seen in my life. Up 3 tds w/ 2 mins left and you are throwing deep bombs. I honestly can't ever recall a team not running it in that scenario. I feel for anyone who got moosed on a live bet or 2h under bc of that

It's a fact they would not have kicked a fg if it were 4th and inches so the multitude of ppl claiming such were being idiotic, that and that alone was the point, fyi they accepted the penalty bc the guy did gain the first down unless they decided to hook the spot by half a yard. My point was that all of these posts complaining about the penalty were irrelevant, don't waste any more words replying, reading comprehension isnt your friend.

I've seen this point made a couple of times in this forum. For starters I'm almost positive he made the first down, if he didn't then he was literally inches short, they are never ever kicking the fg in that situation, once the clock started winding they would be facing a situation where w/ 15-20 seconds left they either kick a fg to go up by 8 or go for it where they have literally less than a foot to go, it would be beyond nonsensical to kick a fg there. So many more bad things can happen with a block fg or a kickoff return, even if somehow they can't gain a foot for the 1D worst case scenario Toledo would have 10 seconds w/ 90 yards to go with no timeouts. Kicking a fg was never a possibility, honestly even if it was 4th and 5 I think it would've been very moronic to kick a fg.
