 Seems like the housing market in the Southeast (Carolinas Georgia and Florida) still hot.  Anything under 400K is selling fast.

People say the housing market is slowing but living in here in sunny Florida seems like things are selling but take a little bit longer and the prices are still ridiculous.  Homes are going for 60 to 90K over what they Zillow for.

Florida is taking in a lot of new residents. That would be my guess on why the market remains hot

I want them to stop coming here.  I moved here long time ago and was surrounded by farms and cow pastures and now I am surrounded by 30000 homes and two 15 acre lagoons.
