I have to find a solution for the bacon fat not starting grease fires. Its a pain in the ass pre cooking it or rendering it the oven.

 I just wrap a piece of raw bacon around a scallop season it and put a toothpick through and throw it on the grill

I use a ribbed cast iron grill pan, no flare ups, grease pours off after.

That said, so don't feel like cooking for 1 again today, heating up a frozen fucking dinner. sad

I spoke to a guy I know who is a senior trader at Bet365...Supposedly Their platform could not handle the volume during the Euros when it came to in game betting. If you notice the my bets feature is back but was unavailable in game during the big Euro matches the last week or so.
