• Peru played fantastic football against Denmark in their opening game and were extremely unlucky to lose 1-0. The Peruvians missed a penalty but also created about 6 or 7 really good chances to score.
• Peru will fancy their chances of beating Australia in the final group game so a draw or better should suit them here
• Peru have avoided defeat 15 of their last 16 games, these include positive results against strong opponents like Uruguay, Argentina, Colombia, and Croatia. There's no reason they should be intimidated by the French.
• Once again we believe France are massively overrated because of the big names in their squad, under Deschamps they have always been underwhelming. Expect the plucky South American to manage a draw or better here.

FIRST PLAY

• We have no reason to believe this isn’t the Brazil that impressed us in qualification and in the World Cup warm up games. They faced a very disciplined Swiss side in their opening game who made life difficult for them, in our opinion there is no crisis and they should run out comfortable winners here.
• In qualification we seen Brazil score 2+ goals in 13 of their last 15 games
• Brazil have been rock solid at the back under Tite, prior to their game with Switzerland they had kept 5 clean sheets in a row (friendlies) and 4 clean sheets in their last 5 WCQ games. With Costa Rica offering very little going forward we can’t see them scoring.
• Costa Rica have faced two sides in their warm up games that were against opposition of similar strength (Spain & Belgium) and were thrashed in both games conceding a total of 9 goals over 180 mins
• Should Brazil  score first Costa Rica won’t be able to sit back with 5 in defence as they’ll be needing at least a draw to keep their hopes alive of qualification. Once that happens we can see Brazil adding a 2nd and ever 3rd goal
• Brazil are still hurting after that 1-1 with the Swiss, expect a reaction from them in this one.

• Serbia still have question marks in defence for me, As we seen in qualification against the higher ranked teams (Austria, Rep of Ireland, and Wales). 
• From these 6 games the Serbs conceded 9 goals and won only twice.
• Serbia also looked fragile against Costa Rica, who are probably one of the weakest attacking sides in the competition along with Panama.
• Switzerland played against the two most dynamic attacks in World Football (Spain and Brazil) warming up for this World Cup and drew both 1-1

Looking good vaas. Like the write-up style as well. Brasil should cover and i expect them to do so. But HC’s and overs this WC.... Otherside for Swiss myself but a typical 50-50 game imo. BOL

Good hit Brazil Vass, i got that one too in a very lucky way, let's move on Swiss as i have the same bet, just lost Iceland play ( small) ...hope for a good day today with Swiss to wrap it up 

We were all luck but hey were owed goals. I said pre game it’ll probably end 2-0. It did. Just didn’t come the way we’d ideally like lol....want to put more on Swiss, but I’m being more disciplined the rest of the way. I set this as a 9 unit play and it’s staying that way. Shouldn’t even have played the card prop but too hard to lay off....
