I have received everything won here. You just need to check your emails, respond, and make sure you have an address, not a PO Box.

I am at 9. how do i collect. I never received an email.

I have won 4 hats collect 3 of them as I turned one down as I won only accouple of weeks apart and it was the same style. I have also won 2 hoodies and I was contacted within 24 hrs of winning. Still trying for the next level of 17 and CASH !!!

Do you Know that if u started with 2 dollars and went double or nothing 25 straight times it would be worth 67 million dollars !!!!!

I hit the hat twice an havnt never got anything or herd anything...

I have never had a problem claiming prizes. Recently I won a hat on streak survivor and the day after I hit 9 in a row, I had an e-mail from Covers. Also, last week I came in first place for the week in the college football contest and won $100. The day after the contest ended for the week, I had an e-mail and after replying, the money was in my paypal account the very same day. So for those who have problems, its obviously a problem on your end, not Covers.

I have a 5 game win streak going and Covers shows the streak at 3.  I am 7-3 L10 and they have that right.  I have emailed covers about the problem but I have not recieved a response.  What is the use in playing when Covers can not keep score or correct their mistakes.  I have been a subscriber since 2006.  I am very disappointed and wont participate in the contest until this get fixed.
