 I’m at a 12 streak and I’ve had a 9 streak in the past but never received my hat for either streak. Please advise

 I have a 12 streak right now and never received an email or a hat and the same thing happened when I had my first 9 streak, please explain. Thank you 

Cash prizes are still available but Covers merchandise prizes are not available to members outside of US and Canada due to COVID shipping restrictions. 

An email should have been sent to the email address associated with your Covers account. Please check your spam/junk folder for that email if you cannot find it in your main inbox.

I had a streak of 13wins, got a prize for 9 wins but did not get the 2nd prize for 13w? can you resend the email please..

Just a comment, but I reached a streak of 15 during the Covid Crazies time and Covers sent me the hoodie way sooner than I had expected- and this was when all of our streaks were delayed due to the stoppage of all sports for a while. When they resumed, Covers resumed and shipped the hoodie out after my streak ended. (Dang you, Arizona Coyotes!). It's top quality, too. I'm hating that it's warming up too much in the south where I live this spring to wear it much longer. Thanks, Covers!

At the moment we can only send cash prize payments via bank wire transfers, so if your bank allows international wire transfers you are good!

We are also looking into a new payment platform right now which is Skrill. If our account is accepted that will be our primary payment option. Yes you can! However read the above statement, also under COVID-19 restrictions we are not able to ship non-cash prizes outside of Canada and the US.

i had a winning streak of 9 on march 31, 2021 and i just checked and i am eligible to claim a covers hat.  I checked my emails and i dont think i received an email to claim my prize or it was already deleted since its been over 7 weeks already.

Is it too late to claim the prize.
