Well I got fed up with college and pro basketball...actually took the KC Royals (who had won 5 in a row) and they actually won today.  Doubt I have a chance to win the monthly, but has been fun.

For the non-believers that say you don't get a hat when you win, I got my hat today for the streak I had to W11 just a couple weeks ago.  Pretty fast delivery from Richmond, VA.  Good luck all.

I have been hearing alot of negative thoughts about this Game lately.  Not from me,  i think it;s  great . I told a guy from work about this, he made  1 pick and lost when he came in the next day and said this game was fixed what a ass%$#& do i think i am going to win 100,000 dollars  proberly not. Nothing guaranteed in life. same as in sports. I am a toronto maple leafs fan, big time.If i take the leafs they lose, if i take the opponent leafs win.I try to lay off the sure bets.they burn me all the time example  NHL flyers & sens 1st playing 29th sens win go figure      REMEMBER NOTHING  GUARANTEED IN LIFE  ONLY DEATH  AND BEFORE I GO I WHAT THAT HAT

Congrats on the Hat Lindeb! You have had a great month win or lose. Outstanding job. We just need to string these wins together to get to the Big Prize!

MAGIC/HAWKS  OVER 187.5

Can't wait for baseball tomorrow. now this is my winning sport.

Another loss that's 4 in a row and 5 consecutive "Overs" that have not come through. I'm only 2 games above .500 now 246-244-14

Quick question how does the baseball "line work" the - 123 or what not. Kind of new to this lemme know quick since baseball season is starting today :)

Welcome to the 25 Dime Club yjfontaine!
To answer your question. The baseball lines are based on a $100 bet. So if you have a line of -123 that means you have to put up $123 to win a $100. If you take the underdog you could put up $100 and win around  $118 because the house will always take the juice. Of course you can bet less than $123 or whatever the line is. The percentage would remain the same. So at -123 you're basically putting up $12.30 for every $10 you want to win if you're betting the favorite. Hopefully this helps and good luck with your picks.

Still confused a bit on the line, I get the money stand point and all.

Here’s an example

If the Yankees are playing and they’re -118 and they’re vs the tigers and they’re +118. I'm not too sure what that line represents. How would you pick that?
