Ruud into the semis as Djoker just officially withdrew...what a huge break for Ruud to go into the semis fresh.
Best case scenario would be Zverev to beat Di Minaur
Icing on the cake would be Mr. Badosa make the finals

He'll probably hedge his Zverev outright to have some guaranteed profit. But I'm also curious what he thinks of the final. FWIW I believe it might finally be Zverev's time, seems like everything is aligning for him atm, on and off the court. And maybe also time for Alcaraz to lose a GS final, the odds are definitely enticing.

I think Zverev is the healthier player here, Alcaraz odds to win this match at -275 is not accurate to how even of a matchup this appears to be in my opinion based on form, confidence and overall rest/performance both had in the semis.
Alcaraz is very lucky to have beaten Sinner who was not 100% healthy during yesterday's match, and was still just a few points away from being on serve 5-4 in the fifth set.
I realize Ruud wasn't 100% either versus Zverev, but that match was a coinflip to begin with so he did well to recover immediately after dropping that 1st set. Zverev has been serving exceptionally this tournament and should get a lot of cheap freebie type points on his serve, whereas Alcaraz's serve has not been reliable or gotten him many free quick points as it has in the past, perhaps that is related to his existing arm injury and he is more content spinning in the majority of his services with placement to set up his 2nd shot in the rally, but Zverev has a very good return of service game so there could be a lot more break point chances on the Alcaraz serve than the Zverev serve.
I will let my position on Z ride heading into the match, and will grab and + $ on Alcaraz ingame if the opportunity arises for a profitable hedge spot,,, Alcaraz at -275 now is unbeatable for hedge purposes for me at this time given my true belief Zverev has a 50% shot at winning this game tomorrow...this "could" be Zs career moment for his 1st slam, and I like my position heading into the match against a potentially injuried and/or tired/emotional flat spot Alcaraz with him finally making his first French Open final beating his biggest current rival in Sinner.
Most of the hype and media pressure "should" be on the favorite here, which "should" help Z to play freely, stress free, with nothing to lose as the underdog "should" be content grinding from the baseline for 4+ hours as the healthier overall player.
Zs aggression with his down the line backhand winner has been lights out all tournament long, and I think it will shine again tomorrow in many backhand to backhand rallies.

I was thinking the exact same thing in regards to Alcaraz’s narrow win yesterday. He was spraying balls all over the place. Gave away a lot of points. Should have run away with that one considering Sinner at times was barely moving. Zverev winning wouldn’t be a surprise at all here.
GL buddy.

I'm on the same Page on some of your arguments like Alcaraz ISnt at his 100% and zverev IS playing his BEST TENNIS again. Odds are a bit high for Alcaraz @1,36 73% against a 66%( H2H 3-2 for Alcaraz in total 60% , 2-1 for Alcaraz on Clay 66%) dont forget if Alcaraz can perform at 75% is still the BEST player here. It is a final and the mental side and experience adds Up more than TENNIS.
Will be a close match but I believe the Will of Alcaraz and the nerves of Zverev of winning his First GS Will play a huge difference.
Anyway, GL

@packersbackers
Thanks Packers. I did very similar futures as you and need Zverev big time, haven’t hedged either. Best of luck to us. Let’s hope he gets his first slam

Locked in:
Alcaraz ML -125,,,25u,,,ingame wager before Zverev's BP point on Alcaraz's serve 2-2 in the 3rd set.
I think this is the best hedge opportunity I'll find in this one...Alcaraz likely wins this match based on experience in slam finals
