I would be shocked if that happens....upsets are one thing, this would be right up there with epic.

Your book may reserve this as its essentially incorrect.
My book voided a sure winner here...only way i dont cash this was by retirement...looks like a very "tilty" way to start the event...i need to breathe and chill and find a yoga class tomorrow morning.

Locked in:
Rubin ML -125...not sure where Kukushkins "challenger level" game is right now, ill gladly take the young yankee here whos had a few decent results this summer.
Polansky Zverev Over 31.5 games (-120)...this is more a fade of Zverev than anything...sure he will obviously be heavily favored here, but i havent seen that killer instinct which he had last year...Polansky could be sneaky here and lull Sacha into a hold hold hold type set leading to a tb, then something like 76 63 64 gets the cover...dare i even say Zverev chokes a set away if things get tight?
Federer Nishioka Under 28.5 games (-138)...there is no reason not to believe this will be a something like 61 62 62...Nishioka doesnt belong on the same court and it likely will become pretty obvious half way thru the 1st set.
Berankis Chung Over 3.5 sets (+120)...this is my craziest wager in a while...looking at the analytics, there is absolutely no reason why anyone would expect Berankis to win a set here given his complete impotence to win a set in so many recent matches, but this is more a fade on Chung than anything else...hoping he slips up during a tight set and double faults on a key point...tread lightly on this one if any of this makes sense to you

I'm thinking Millman -2.5 sets (-245) is a lock and should be bet straight up and included in parlays. Brooksby is 17 and would be hard pressed to give Millman a run for his money. Brooksby is going from competing against teenagers to professionals without the intermediary stage of qualifiers or anything. The bright lights are gonna be tough for him to handle.

Thats a lot of juice for an underachieving journeyman with no true weapon...if Millman is having a bad serving day, anything is possible

Troicki ML +220...half unit
Troicki +5.5 games (-120)...3u
Troicki to win 3-0 sets (+850)...quarter unit
Troicki to win 3-1 sets (+700)...quarter unit
I find it really hard to back Sangren when looking how the last 6 months have gone for him...Troicki is a dangerous floater in early rounds of majors, but is he healthy and fit to play in the hottest time slot? I will gladly take a flyer on the dog ML here simply out of experience and value...plus maybe Sangrens run at the Aussie Open was just pure luck and fluke playing against highly questionable opponents at that time...Sangren has regressed back to the Challenger type player he has always been...ever since he paid back his career debts to his family for supporting his decade long tennis "career" on the challenger circuit, hes been unable to make a decent paycheck for himself...i think the guy named Tennys was a shooting star that flickered out in Australia 2018.
