@teskwins, sorry to burst your bubble, but i will not make it there, win or lose. i've played a game every day this month, and i can't see myself suddenly taking forever off so that i can play the super bowl, which i will avoid at all costs regardless. the conference championship games are still football games, but the super bowl has become no different than the damn circus coming to town. the world cares more about the commercials and halftime show than the game itself, and i have no interest in having any side or total in the spectacle bowl determining whether or not i make an extra $75k.

Long time Streak Survivor player and forum lurker here. I hadn't looked at the main Survivor page in weeks. I saw the streak was at 22 only because of the story link on Covers main home page. After reading a most modest and humble interview story, I immediately went to the Survivor forums for fellow players', spammers, haters, and hopefully the streaker's comments. To be honest, I was more surprised to see Brackson13 posting not only his own comments but then also his reasons/breakdowns/thoughts for picking who he did each day.
I got out of the daily sports betting game years ago and now enjoy wagering only during the one or two annual Vegas trips I take (1st & 2nd round March Madness weekend ftw!). Streak Survivor and Ultimate Race are my picking fixes when at home and I've been fortunate enough to win a couple hats this year but nothing more. Handicapping or as I call it "sports predicting" is no exact science. The worst performing team can cover any spread any day - not to mention win outright. It happens all the time. To that end and for that reason, this streak has instantly become of legend on this site - and who knows how much further it will go, should the streak continue and win the big one (with the internet and social media visibility, would other news, sports, or gambling outlets pick the story up?)? I can't say enough for it or what I've come to read and learn about the person behind the streak.
Then there's the fact that not only has Brackson13 made his own decision not to hedge, but to publicly state as much, as well as his reasons why he hasn't which shows a level of humility rarely seen on this site, not to mention in the gambling world itself. I can't imagine what it might feel like to go to bed these next nights not only with the accomplishment he's made but the chance and choice(s) that belie him as he contemplates his next picking decision. I wish him and his newly formed legion nothing but the best of luck and correct picks and will delight not only in watching for the results of my own picks but for Brackson's too as he continues to amaze and defy the odds. The page views on this thread alone are reaching legendary status and that in the period of just one week!

Detroit Pistons are on a back to back after already losing on the road to the Bucks in convincing fashion. Also, no Brandon Jennings for the Pistons. Sounds like a no brainer to me. The Raptors cover the -6 in Canada.
