Of the18K left in 401K, CG will get 12.6K. IRS gets 20% and 10% for early withdrawl penalty. He should know this since he's taken out some funds from 401K before.

Hey CG - as a dad, and a softie - I cant help but have compassion for your situation.

Your honesty is impressive.

I believe you are a good guy who has an alternate "wrestling" personality, not too different than myself (vanzack at covers).

Anyway - it has been a wild ride - and I thank you for the entertainment and wish you as many good breaks in life that you can handle.  And I hope you can make it work out in Vegas.

This ride is not over yet.

The chances that CG does the right (sane) thing and goes home to rebuild his bankroll, his ego, and his life, are almost non-existent. 

In a short amount of time Vegas will have taken every last penny from Nick, and then, and only then, he will be forced into a tough decision.
Does he go back to NJ humbled?
Or does he stay in Vegas, living life as a true degenerate, doing anything for $10 to make that next 'big' bet? 

Nick, I know you will read this ... it's time to stop 'acting' like a deranged lunatic, embarrassing your family as well as yourself, all in hopes of turning your story into some BS reality-show fame.
Your story was better when it had a degree of hope.
Now your story is that of an unstable loser, which are a dime a dozen, especially in Vegas.

You're not a great judge of character Vanzack. This is not a "good guy". 
Bankroll is gone. He's "sooooo humbled", again. 401K is next. And when that is gone, and it will be, it'll be giving sloppy bj's to support his various addictions. I'm so sick of good, intelligent people spending time on this guy. This is my last post in here, and unlike Goose I keep my word.

Eh.  Some people choose to see the best things in others, and some choose the worst.  I guess you belong to the latter.

Everyone has flaws.  Nobody is debating that.  I just dont believe in black and white.

Maybe you are younger.  As I have aged, I have been able to look at myself when I was 28 years old (I think this is about what CG is) and know what a complete idiot I was - while at the time thinking I was a genius.  So I have some perspective.

If there's been one consistent theme in this entire thread, it's that he does not want to go back to his old life in Jersey.

And believe me, you do not want to come back to a paralyzed NJ buried under 30 inches of snow.

Why wouldn't he be a "good guy" if he blew all of his own money?  He doesn't have kids or a family to support, he hurt nobody else buy himself.  Just because he made some bad decisions which only hurt himself does not make him a bad guy.  I see what vansack is saying here.

I guess we all forgot about the racist filled rants that got him banned in the first place.

Nothing screams 'outstanding citizen' like doing blow, hating your family, thinking you are better than everyone and dropping N bombs left and right.

Only on covers are those traits valued, and admired.

Forgot?  I didn't even know.,  I've read about 5% of this thread and watched less of that of his videos.

Regardless, the fact that he is horrible with money and sports betting alone does not make one a bad person.

from an inevitably doomed fun time holiday/learning experience(if this is possible with college gambler) doing sumthing gratuitous just because ya can.....this may quickly turn into sumthing that has the potential to weigh him down for years to come if he is taking out loans to feed his addiction.

it truly is astonishing that he cant see the blindingly obvious folly of his ways....one way worked perfectly for him,working at home whilst doing gambling thru a bookie or online.and he made sum good coin on the side..this method he currently is using is flawed in so many ways and ya wud think he can see the negatives far outweight the positives(which are basically zero,well....maybe good weather??)

the absolute best idea for the dude is to go back home,work part-time..just enuff to pay bills and start saving a bankroll.and then build back up again....apparently he was on a very successful pathway doing it that way previously,which is more than can be said for most gamblers.
