Very sad news about one of our own

RIP Lippsman, this place won't be the same without you. 

You will be missed. RIP

Horrible news. But alas he is off to a better place as North American society heads into its darkest time in its history. "As if he were calling the shots" because he probably was. Safe travels to the other side Lipps. 

This totally sucks. Lipps literally helped me over the hump in understanding hockey wagering and how it differs from every other sport. Sad day man.

RIP--he will be missed--the hockey forum just isn't the same without him

He was the most unselfish poster on any gambling forum.  

Weeds, is there any chance you can pass all these posts/tributes to his family?

hard to believe 

I didn't start really betting on hockey until after the 2010 Winter Olympics and always liked coming here to the forum to get info and wisdom from Lipps as well as Weeble and all the other posters. Kind of helped keep me focused on NHL over the years 

He was always willing to help out in the tech forum as well and helped me out a couple of times as I think he actually worked in IT unless I'm mistaken 

This forum and Covers as a whole will be worse off without him 

So sad to hear...was a true hockey guy.

I don't post a ton in the NHL forum but I always made sure to check in on Lipps' threads.  RIP.  wow.

I came here 3 years ago, and got a lot of help to lipps.

I will never forget him

One of the reasons the forum became what it is today because of lippsman. 

We should keep his legacy alive. 

Wow just saw this man that sucks. Guy was an absolute mainstay here at Covers and this forum in particular. Im sure Im just gonna say what everyone else so I'll save it but just man R.I.P. guy will be missed for sure here

Very sad news. I just thought I would check in on the forum on the new season and the first place I start are Lippsman's posts.

He was a fixture here and was a classy guy and gentleman who really knew his hockey and had great information and insight.

He will be missed. My condolences to his family.

You’ll be missed Lipps. Just went through my emails and found one in 2017 when he sent me a -1 spreadsheet. Nothing but a gentleman. May god grant him the highest level of happiness. RIP LIPPS!

Thank you Weeble for informing everyone. Death is always a time to mourn, but also a time to remember. To be thankful for the time we were graced by his presence. May Lippman Rest In Peace. God bless
