Is situational betting important? i think its a first layer in capping sports. I have seen some teams with big wins only to comeback and drop a big turd in the court the next game. Then there are teams with pride as they comeback with great performances. (Vice versa.) I'm sure most of you know all this by now. Just adding to the forum Mr Parlay Picker, (if I may.)
Milwaukee +575 2-9 on the road coming off a road win.
Detroit +185 coming off a home loss and Green Bay off a road win at Oak
Washington State +475 coming off a loss. very much even record with AZ state as AZ state is coming off a home win with Washington. (I like it)
Northern Kentucky +430 coming off a road win and Valpo coming off a home win
Evansville +250 will be at home coming off a 7 game losing streak. Indiana State on a 10 game winning streak.
Nebraska +345 ill be at home coming off a 5 game losing streak. Purdue coming off a win at Mich State!! ( absolutely love it )
Saint Johns +235 coming off a road win at Providence. Xavier coming off a road loss. (Don't like so much)
Indiana University +235 coming off an embarrassing 30 point loss at Michigan. Will play in Northwestern while having a nice 5 game winning streak. (love it as well. )
Stanford +280 coming off a 17 pt loss at Oregon. Now Cal goes to Stanford and coming off a road win at Oregon State. (I like this one)
Thank you for all that you Mr Parlay. to us all
Blackmon is out for IU be careful with that one. Love your situations though and thanks for posting!

Hi CCat I believe this is more what Mr Parlay had in mind:
HOW TO PLAY
You will be parlaying the MONEY LINES of every 2, 3 and 4 team combination within a four team set (called a Round Robin). There are 11 combinations of four teams (Lets call them teams A,B,C,D)
6 Two Teamers AB, AC, AD, BC, BC, CD
4 Three Teamers ABC, ABD, ACD, BCD
1 Four Teamer ABCD
HOW MUCH TO WAGER
This is subjective, but if you want to start slowly, bet one unit. What this means is take your average bet (say $50), divide by 10 ($5), and use that amount ($5) for each of your combinations (11 x $5 = $55 total bet).
Newcompa
Yes that is what he says to do if you play 4 teams I was just referring to the system if you wanted to play with three teams, four teams, or five teams and how you would have to bet it accordingly. Thanks for the situations this morning I think that could be a big factor when deciding which teams to play ??

My first time tyring this out so want to make sure I understand. Today we would have:
1 Three Teamer
3 Two Teamers
Is this correct? Thanks
Correct if you are only playing three teams. In one of my earlier posts I tried to show what you should play if you are playing a 3 team round Robin 4 round robin or 5 team round Robin. Parlay has the ultimate answer but I think this is true. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong anyone

I just seen your forum and believe you have a great idea! You don't have to win often to make money with this system. I will follow and thanks for the POST.
Don't chase today, there's always tomorrow in gambling....

Parlay - Do you also play all these teams individually against the spread? Also is your card above final or are you still looking through the games? Thanks!

You could play them ATS but the payout would not be nearly as much

The ML because the payout is significantly higher. The odds on spreads are typically -110 whereas ML is +200 and upwards.. parlaying these would have a higher return than spreads.

Alrighty folks... time to lock it in. Let me preface the picks by saying I don't feel particularly great about todays lineup. Not many games, too many dogs... something intuitively doesn't feel right. That said, the math is still adding up... so going to go ahead and push forward and post the picks. I recommend place just one unit worth of bets.
As a refresher... take a little more than your approximate average bet, divide it by 10, and thats your $ amount for each of the 11 combinations of the round robin parlay. Also, the backups were ones that I considered, but ultimately passed on as part of the core bet. I still may do one off 3 or 4 teams mixing between the two pools, but the round robin I'm betting comes from "THE BET" pool. I will weave NC State and BC into some combos. So... Without further ado:
THE BET
Virginia (+207)
Milwaukee (+563)
Washington State (+476)
Dallas Mavericks (+818)
THE BACKUPS
NC State (+900)
Northern Kentucky (+435)
Boston College (+677)

Right I understand the parlay piece but I meant do you also play each team individually ATS in addition to the ML parlay plays?
