Based on what I have seen the number for CT has dropped to +15.5. Risky play IMO. During the Jones Cup 2013. Iran won by 5 but was leading by 17 going into the 4th. I do think this could be a blowout especially with the way Iran is playing. Haddadi seems to take it to another level when its the semis and finals.
No play for me here.
The one I am intrigued is Gilas+4.5 v Korea. If I can get a 5.5 or 5 by game time. I'll take my chances with Gilas. This Korean team is tough, good and disciplined but Phil still has the edge in experience. The key here would be how would Chot attack and break down Korea's 2-3 and 1-3-1 zone. If chot has figured it out, then it would be a good night for Gilas, but if he can't adjust his strategy Gilas would be in trouble.
Another edge I think is the homecourt. I am assuming that the Moa would be packed to the rafters and this might rattle the young koreans into playing out of focus which hasn't happened in the tourney.
I also think Korea has been very good Ats, I think their only loss Ats was the game against China, so its another sign that these boys mean business. No walk in the park for Gilas here but the patriotic in me and value bettor thinks Gilas has value at 5 to 5.5. At 4.5 Id still go for it but at a smaller value.
