Maybe he's from a Spanish-speaking country. They use commas in place of periods for decimals for some countries in Latin America.

that may be so but the lines in most places including covers use a . not a , so we have to stick to the format this thread has been using- I don't make the rules just trying to help Mavin out-

CHA Bobcats +13.5

TOR Raptors +6

I believe vegas set us up this weekend to bet against these teams, today they will try to make their money with these spreads, which are too high in my opinion.I have the raptors at about +4 and the bobcats at about +8 to +9.

It might seem to you guys that what Turbo does is scrupulous  - nevertheless - that is a professional way to do and he only asks from you what I ask . Precisely that. You want to look professional - do exactly what I say and Turbo asks. The successful handicapping starts within inner discipline. You want to be smart butts about it - that is your choice, but unless it passes the standards - it will stay out of contest. 
You won't find me pissed often - but this time I am because this babysitting is pissing me. We have a world class thread here with the best picks available in most day and with leading tipsters and handicappers contributing - so all those who think this is a kinder garden show off contest - you're wrong. It is "learn to handicap " contest - and the the people who contribute are the best to learn from. So, please put away your egos and comply.

I agree whole heartily, be smart be knowledgeable but also be discipline and that will carry over to your studies and later to your records. And don't forget just because there are games on the board does not mean you have to play them. I always parlay my homerun picks for entertainment but when I don't see a line I like I take a pass. Don't reason why you pick something, find a reason to pick it and apply your rules and/or stats to justify not just your pick but the other side of the equation- if there is a non bias result you will make the right decision more often than not.

All the guys asking for Phixer - you should read first what he said about the way he picks his games. Then you'll understand why he carries the record like he does. He's not gonna show up and post his pick if he does not feel sure about it. Feel I said? Wrong. Knows  - is the right word. 
That's what my perception of him. Turbo also did not post his pick today, neither did BigUnit or Heads. That says something when some of the real giants of this contest and the best handicappers without the doubt worldwide keep silent.

Those 4 handicappers I mentioned are sporting a combined 45-21-1 record. And should I add Phixers outstanding money management that we all should learn from? Try to really learn the info available for free and laying there without noticing just because it is publicly available and is not being trumpeted Billy Walters style on 60 minutes. For me - handicappers here are the best.

then don't put in on your contes simple as that lol wth your crying about that? then don't put it on your contest lol .. i have respect for you but wow i guess your stress or something cuz youve been losing? idk but chill out lol.. youve been praising so much other people like phixer but then you started this thread saying you know how to make monthly income steadly? idk but youve been losing monthly and im not saying anything but pointing out that you should be the one getting the praise and showing us good example on your picks and reasoning but to me you aren't but used the methodolgy uve posted but seing you not doing it isn't good example for me and again that's just for me and nothing againts you

I feel the Bobcats are in a decline and will keep on falling, locking up the title as worst team in the NBA. An interesting statistic that stood out to me is that when the Bobcats are an underdog of 11+ points, they are 0-12 o/u, not going over once this season. In the last five meetings in Portland, the under is 5-0. I like this trend to continue...

Let's all just get along- lets not take things to heart and most importantly lets keep on doing a good job- Jpaco I know what you are saying and I know what Mavin is saying- but I don't think he meant to single you out- It's just that being a public forum will cause a lot of posts that don't follow what we are trying to accomplish here and maybe not your pick per say but the combination of all the picks I and others correct can get into borderline irritative territory.

That being said you say, don't put my pick on the contest etc. if we have started this contest which I think is more of a tracking system, then we should follow the rules not just post for the sake of posting.

Call this a double technical or as Van Gundy says a good no call and end it here.

Thanks, however am just learning my ways on the NBA as I go.

While this is an NBA game I wonder if we later in the year can add NFL to it.

Also for the NBA Playoffs lets work on the open parlay system as a group.

Saying you have a respect for a person and then writing what you write is a hypocrisy. You obviously are busy about your ego being hurt after me asking you if "you're a child"? This is no democracy over here buddy. I am a dictator who dictates how and what to do in order to succeed in only way to create an additional income steady month after month - by yourself. I stated that there is not (yet) a constantly hot handicapper to follow and if you still did not understand that right now we're exactly at the place I wanted us to be - then reread the thread and understand. No one really needs my picks right now anymore. All the threaders here make their picks that are good enough for visitors to follow and we have best handicappers available on the net  - they're free and getting better everyday. They're friendly and compliant and do not lose their composure and act the most humble way regardless of their success. 
May be you should refresh your knowledge about what respect means. And if that was not you talking - who I do respect - I would not even bother answering. You think I am being belittled by you mentioning that I am losing? I am not losing buddy as my combined figures with Binaries and Sports show a plus every single month. And even if I was losing - the last thing that would bother me is someone reminding me about it like I am hiding anything. Me being stressed? You most probably have no idea what stress means if you mention it in this context. I am enjoying every minute on this thread and put in tremendous hours without asking from you or anybody anything besides respecting my time and not creating an extra work for me. I am being pissed off - that is true. The reason for that is that this is time consuming and I have a very little time left if at all to do my own handicapping and that is my problem. But for you to make it a laughable (lol's all over) topic shows again that me and you can never find a common ground as I despise people who say they respect and yet act like the back stabbers and I come to conclusion that unless you fully realize how distasteful your comments were and humbly accept the fact that you're part of the team here who try to better themselves and not a self centered fame looking prick - you have nothing to do on this thread.
