i guess its all about bankroll management, but again i guess you have more than 2000$ to invest, its just you are not doing it for whatever reason is.
All I do here - as strange as it might sound - is trying to implement certain way of thinking when approaching sports handicapping for a fellow sports handicappers. For those purposes - 100$ a unit serves my cause pretty good. kevinkim - I understand what you mean exactly. But how you would you treat a handicapper that would start to boast 1000$ or even 5000$ a unit? You'd move to another thread because that would look very suspicious that someone new comes onto cover and starts to advocate money management while he's betting such units. Average bet units - as a very good friend of mine who lives in Vegas and works for the industry once told me - is 50$. Most bettors who come here bet those size of units. So, I need a common denominator to get the attention of as many bettors as possible for their own benefit. that would not be achieved with 1000$ per unit bets. True, besides this 2000$ exemplary bankroll - I have much bigger bankroll that was accumulated when successfully betting throughout 2012. But that bankroll has nothing to do with what I do here. Everything I say here I bet - I do bet with the same sums as I indicate. Thanks for a hidden compliment - but I'm sure you understand what am I saying.
