Has anyone made any money betting on sports steadily throughout the past year? 'cause I did! See how

I'm so happy you showed up just at the right time. Recently, when I decided to bet on NBA I knew I needed some good input, advices... So I came here. And at the same time you started this thread. No coincidence, at least for me. I really wanted to make some money betting on basketball, since I do that pretty well with European basketball.

That's the reason I took a two-day break cause I had to continue making money (and I hope I will today) betting on Europen teams (I made some very good calls yesterday 4-1).

Now I promised myself to follow your lead here, I like what you have for us today.

That said, I do have some doubts about LAC. Just like roi_fisher I think LAC want to prove themselves aginst LAL.

But LAL +4,5 is soooo tempting... It has potential to be your best pick so far, even better than Utah vs. LAC! I like it so much!

Maybe I'll do both.... not sure yet.... :)

I was really angry when I read posts criticizing your way of betting. All I can say - congrats!

While Mavin is conservative and studious, I see you have a great run which is also a result of a fantastic intuition. 

If LAC had a great run - why wouldn't you? Its no different. Basketball is business, yes - but it is a game in the first place. So is betting: a result of deep studying but it's also a gamble - which is a game! So it is poker. Why not enjoy it!

I have only read your thread today and it was the best ever! Been only to this handicapping world for a month or two and lets just say, I've been losing more than my winnings. Well yeah, that's because I've been betting on teams just because I LIKE them. It paid at first but then I lost more. I LEARNED A LOT FROM THIS THREAD. Keep them up!!!! Since my bookie only allows ATS bets, I really hope you'd be able to help me out sometimes.

KC_Wins - For an example - I started here on Covers with 2000$ bankroll playing 100$ unit bets. Once it will reach 3000$ my units will become 150$, at 4000$ it will become 200$ etc.

roi_fisher - the Clippers have the game circled? They want to show who's best in LA? Little too romantic for a flourishing entertainment business called NBA, don't you think? The game is at the Staples Arena where the Lakers also play and in the last game this season the Clippers have already won. If there's anyone with this game circled and the desire tying  the season series - those are the Lakers.

Hey buddy. First of all you have to work on your timimh as the timing is very important. You should've waited until the losing streak and then come in here and try to steer the waters. Now, you're wrong about 75% of covers posters being me. The actual number is 99.99999999%. Actually, it;s only me and you alone on Covers and I'm investing all this effort to impress you! But as I understand you're too smart and my trickery tactic won't succeed with you. That makes me to like you even more than before I met you. So, since it's only me and you on this thread -let's discuss the problems that led you to think that the world is against you and everyone is out there to get you. Sad childhood? No love? That can be helped if you chose to address your issues in a courageous way and seek professional help right away.
