Corey Seager has been swinging a hot stick, and my Dodgers vs. Rangers predictions expect Seager’s hot bat to continue today.

Dodgers vs Rangers prediction

My Dodgers vs Rangers best bet: Corey Seager Over 1.5 total bases (+126 at Caesars)

Los Angeles Dodgers righty Tyler Glasnow got off to a fast start, but served up a pair of bombs in his last home outing against the Cubs.

That followed a miserable outing where Glasnow surrendered five earned runs with five walks and three hits at Philadelphia.

Lefty lumber boasts a lifetime .294 wOBA against the Dodgers' righty; they’ve ripped 67 extra-base hits, and left-handed sticks have also accounted for 40 of his 86 home runs allowed.

Texas Rangers SS Corey Seager has been the catalyst for the Rangers' fast start. Across 69 at-bats, the big-hitting shortstop is batting .318 with 21 hits and a .905 OPS.

The shortstop snapped a six-game personal hitting streak, and he has two or more total bases in nine of 19 games. Seager has always crushed right-handed pitching, batting .300 lifetime, and 143 of his 204 career home runs are against righties.

He's been hot, and I like his chances to have a big day with the bat.

Caesars QuickPick: Our Dodgers vs Rangers same-game parlay (SGP)

Corey Seager Over 1.5 total bases

Marcus Semien 1+ hit

Freddie Freeman Over 1.5 total bases

I like Seager today, but Marcus Semien has four hits in 12 ABs against Glasgow, which includes one double, one triple, and one home run.

Rangers’ right-hander Tyler Mahle is a fly-ball pitcher with command issues, whose xFIP is three points higher than his ERA.

Dodgers 1B Freddie Freeman has been hot. He’s cleared 2+ total bases in four of five with six hits, a double, and a bomb in 14 career at-bats against Mahle.
