Get set for an NBA non-conference matchup when the Los Angeles Clippers meet the Atlanta Hawks at State Farm Arena.

Kris Dunn has been dropping dimes, and my Clippers vs. Hawks prediction is that the L.A. guard will dish a few assists tonight against the inconsistent Atlanta defense.

Read on as I share my NBA picks for Friday, March 14.

Clippers vs Hawks prediction

My best bet: Kris Dunn Over 3.5 assists (+115 at bet365)

Minutes and pace equal money.

That’s usually the starting point for the DFS hoops crew. More minutes and more possessions typically mean more opportunities to rack up stats.

Los Angeles Clippers guard Kris Dunn is seeing consistent minutes, and he’s been dropping dimes. Enter the Atlanta Hawks defense.

The Hawks' shooting defense is a perfect target. Atlanta is below-average at defending from anywhere and, as a result, surrenders nearly 29 helpers per night and 28 dimes across the previous five.

Dunn averages roughly 29 minutes per night across the last 10. With the Clippers being slight road favorites, he should see at least 28+ minutes and clear his assist prop tonight.

Tonight’s matchup with Atlanta is perfect for a dime-dropper like Dunn to thrive in. He’ll get the minutes in a close game, and the Hawks play as fast a pace as anyone.

This is an excellent price for a prop Dunn has cleared in four of seven, and I’m betting the nine-year vet dishes 4+ assists tonight.

Clippers vs Hawks same-game parlay

Kris Dunn Over 3.5 assists

Trae Young Over 25.5 points

Trae Young Over 10.5 assists

Trae Young has been on fire. He’s scored 25+ in three of five, and 11+ dimes in four of five.

The Clips defense has allowed 28 assists per night across the last five. I expect Young to relentlessly attack James Harden and the Clippers defense and clear both totals tonight.

Clippers vs Hawks score prediction

Score prediction: Hawks 118, Clippers 115

The Hawks have won four straight contests at home, Trae Young has been on fire, and the Clippers have dropped four of five on the road with a losing away record.
