It’s a jam-packed schedule of games tonight, with 15 NBA matchups on tap. As such, there is an abundance of enticing player props to consider.
Tonight, I’m looking into New York’s point guard Jalen Brunson to continue his strong play offensively, New Orleans' CJ McCollum to put on a shooting clinic from beyond the arc, and Orlando’s Paolo Banchero to continue his impressive rookie campaign.
Check out my three favorite NBA player prop picks for November 7 below.

The Knicks finally have a good point guard
Maybe the most consistent player for the New York Knicks this season has been point guard Jalen Brunson. The veteran leader is being charged with leading a team for the first time in his pro career and is off to a solid start, averaging 19.3 points and 7.2 assists per game on 49.3% shooting.
Brunson has proven he can deliver the goods against the good and bad teams. In Saturday’s matchup with the Boston Celtics at Madison Square Garden, the 26-year-old combined for 32 points and assists. He was as aggressive as he’s been in a Knicks uniform and found teammates often for good looks.
With small forward RJ Barrett finally beginning to connect on easy looks behind the perimeter, that raises Brunson’s ability to rack up more assists totals, with a handful of uncontested threes coming Barrett's way each game. Should he make even a few of those tonight, that will go a long way in raising Brunson’s floor.
The Timberwolves will be without Rudy Gobert in this contest, a massive absence around the paint. Gobert changed the trajectory of defense completely when he was on the floor. It’s tough to even evaluate what they’ll look like defensively during his extended absence.
Look for Brunson to challenge Minnesota early and often with a combination of buckets and dimes.
Jalen Brunson Prop: Over 25.5 points + assists (-108)
Give me Three
If it’s one thing we know about CJ McCollum over the years, it's that he’s a gunner and isn't afraid to get his shots up. For the season, he’s averaging 20.3 shot attempts per game, the most on the team. That is an interesting development on a team with two potential bubbling superstars in Zion Williamson and Brandon Ingram.
Tonight, McCollum will get an enticing matchup against the Indiana Pacers, the second-worst perimeter defense against the 3-point ball. The Pacers have allowed opponents to mail 41% of their three on the season. Expect the veteran guard to take advantage of this as he shoots 6.9 threes per game and has hit three or more from beyond the arc in two of his last three games.
Furthermore, he's connected on at least four triples in two of his last three games against Indiana.
CJ McCollum Prop: Over 2.5 made threes (+100)
The No. 1 pick is legit
One of the most exciting developments of the early season is the emergence of No. 1 overall pick Paolo Banchero.
Sure, most predicted he’d be a good player, but this good, this soon? Banchero has been marvelous, looking every bit like an All-Star forward already with a scary upside as he continues to get stronger and learn the game's nuances.
On the season, the former Duke standout is averaging 22.9 points on 45.8% shooting. His ability to create his shots, get to his spots, and score with ease is a scary reality for rest of the league.
Tonight, Banchero has a scoring total set at 23.5, and he should easily hit the Over. For one, the Rockets are still a work in progress as a collective and will need help slowing down Banchero.
On the year, Houston surrenders 25.3 points per game to power forwards, which ranks fifth worst in the entire league. They’ll have their hands full in this one.
Paolo Banchero Prop: Over 23.5 points (-108 at FanDuel)
