With the Pelicans missing Zion Williamson for an extended period of time, they'll have to rely on Brandon Ingram to carry the scoring burden. The swingman did that on opening night, putting up 25 points on 12-for-26 shooting from the field. One thing that Ingram didn't do much of was shoot from beyond the arc, where he took just three shots and made one.

That said, Ingram has averaged 2.4 made three-point shots per game over the last two seasons and hit at least two three-pointers in 44 of 61 games last season. Take the Over 1.5 on his three-pointers made tonight against a Bulls team that will be more tested than they were against the Pistons in their season opener.

Pick: Brandon Ingram Over 1.5 Threes Made (-120 at bet365)

One team that remains virtually unchanged from last year is Utah, who finished with the league's best record at 52-20. That should mean that virtually all the key pieces from last season will have similar roles, including jack-of-all-trades swingman Joe Ingles. Ingles averaged 12.1 points, 4.7 assists, and 3.6 rebounds per game last season, and in Utah's season opener against Oklahoma City he put up 14 points with three assists and three rebounds.

Tonigh,t the Jazz head to Sacramento to face off against the Kings, who once again look like one of the worst defensive teams in the league. The Kings ranked last in the league in defensive efficiency a year ago and surrendered 121 points on 48.4 percent shooting to Portland in their season opener.

Ingles filled up the stat sheet against Sac-Town last season, putting up 14.3 ppg, 6.7 apg, and 3.3 rpg, in three contests. Look for him to go Over his points, rebounds, and assists total of 15.5.

Pick: Joe Ingles Over 15.5 points, rebounds, and assists (-110 at bet365)

You'd better believe that LeBron James and company are going to come out fired up at home against the Suns squad that knocked them out of the playoffs last year. King James put up 34 points, 11 rebounds, and five assists in the Lakers season-opening loss to the Warriors.

Off-season acquisition Russell Westbrook struggled in that contest, scoring just eight points with four assists and four turnovers. His usage rate sat at just 19.2 percent in that game after being above 30 percent in his previous 11 years in the league.

While we're confident that Westbrook will eventually find his footing in L.A., it's becoming apparent that LeBron's role as the go-to guy will not be changing anytime soon. Expect LeBron to carry the load and Westbrook to take a back seat for at least the next few games, and bet the Under 7.5 on Westbrook's assists total.

Pick: Russell Westbrook Under 7.5 assists (-120 at PointsBet)
