Passing has been an underrated part of Draymond Green's game for many years, and it'll be on full display against the Blazers tonight.

The Golden State Warriors will look for a season series sweep when they meet the Portland Trail Blazers tonight at Moda Center.

Draymond Green becomes the chief facilitator in big games, and my Warriors vs. Trail Blazers predictions anticipate plenty of dimes from the potential Defensive Player of the Year.

Read on as I share my NBA picks for Friday, April 11.

Warriors vs Trail Blazers prediction

My best bet: Draymond Green Over 5.5 assists (-120 at bet365)

My analysis
The Golden State Warriors blew a golden opportunity to distance themselves from Memphis and Minnesota and avoid the NBA Play-In after blowing a 14-point lead to San Antonio on Tuesday.

Golden State is a massive favorite tonight against the Portland Trail Blazers squad, with several injuries and an above-500 home record.

Warriors point forward Draymond Green is typically the main facilitator when it matters for Golden State, and I expect him to take on that role Friday night in the Moda Center.

Green did that job well on Wednesday. He dropped eight dimes and handled most of the playmaking chores against the Spurs like he usually does whenever the Warriors need a bucket.

I expect Green to accept a similar role tonight. Portland may have several injury concerns, but it's won three of its previous five and will fight hard to avoid the season broom.

Green averages 5.7 dimes per game. He’s cleared six or more assists in three of his previous five, and I expect him to dish at least six assists at Portland.

Warriors vs Trail Blazers same-game parlay

Draymond Green Over 5.5 assists

Steph Curry Over 24.5 points

Warriors moneyline

Green dishing typically means Stephen Curry swishing the Warriors to a win.

Curry averages 24.5 this season, which rises to nearly 27 points on the road. The Warriors star has cleared this number in five of six, and if he does, Golden State comfortably wins.

The road Warriors have won five straight and eight consecutive victories over Portland. The game may end closer to the number, but the Warriors will win tonight.
