The Alabama Crimson Tide face off against the UConn Huskies in the Final Four of the March Madness bracket on Saturday. The Huskies have been dominant and March Madness odds have them installed as -190 favorites to win their second straight national title.

With the total sitting at a whopping 160.5 for this clash, we're seeing some inflated player prop odds, so I dig into the March Madness props market to let you know which players to back and who to fade.

Here are my best free March Madness props and Final Four picks for Alabama vs. UConn tonight on Saturday, April 6. For full-game analysis, check out Jason Logan's Alabama vs UConn picks and predictions!

Alabama vs UConn March Madness props

Prop bet #1: Nada for Estrada

It's tough to see Aaron Estrada of the Alabama Crimson Tide going Over his points total of 13.5 against the UConn Huskies. Since the start of December, the Tide guard is averaging 12.4 ppg and has scored 13 points or fewer in 18 of his previous 30 games.

Like the rest of the Tide offense, Estrada takes a decent amount of shots from beyond the arc, but he's been ice-cold lately. Over the last month he has gone just 5-for-30 (16.7%) from long range. Now he faces a Huskies defense that is holding foes to just 28.9 3PT% since the start of February.

Estrada does a poor job of getting to the free-throw line (just 1.6 FTA per game this season) and nothing else comes easy against a UConn squad that defends at an elite level inside and out.

The Huskies are allowing just 61.2 ppg since the middle of January and they've shown the ability to slow down up-tempo attacks. Expect them to keep Estrada and Bama in check on Saturday.

Aaron Estrada prop: Under 13.5 points (-120 at FanDuel)

Prop bet #2: No hassle for Castle

When Stephon Castle was signed by the Huskies last year as a five-star recruit he was expected to fill up the stat sheet. While the freshman hasn't been able to assert himself offensively on a squad that spreads the ball around, he's been a consistent contributor on the boards.

Castle pulled down six rebounds against Illinois in the Sweet 16 and he has snagged 5+ boards in six of his last eight games. The Tide play at a blazing fast tempo and they take a ton of 3-pointers, and missing those deep shots often leads to long-distance rebounds. That should lead to plenty of rebounding opportunities for a lengthy guard like Castle who is active on the glass.

Stephon Castle prop: Over 4.5 rebounds (-130 at bet365)

Prop bet #3: Beast from the East

With Alabama's atrocious defensive play and UConn boasting the most efficient offense in the country, the Huskies should score plenty of points in this one.

However, all of their starters are seeing an uptick in their points totals and it's tough to pick one player to back considering how well they spread the ball around. On any given night it's difficult to predict which starters will have a big scoring performance and which ones will take a back seat.

That said, regardless of who scores for UConn, guard Tristen Newton should dish out plenty of assists. Despite totaling a modest nine assists in the last two rounds, Newton is still averaging 6.9 apg over his previous 15 contests.

The O/U for Newton's assists is set at either 5.5 with the Over juiced to around -145 or at 6.5 with the Over at +118. I'd comfortably back either since I'm expecting a big night from the Big East Player of the Year.

Tristen Newton prop: Over 6.5 assists (+118 at FanDuel)
