NFC opens up following Vikings loss
The 10-win Rams (+1800 to win SBLIX) are considered a weaker team compared to the 14-win Vikings.
That easier path dropped the Detroit Lions from +300 to +290 to win Super Bowl LIX and trimmed the Philadelphia Eagles’ price from +450 to +390, with L.A. traveling to Philly for the Divisional Round.
Even the long-shot Washington Commanders had their Big Game futures adjusted at some books, moving from +3000 to +2600.
The Rams lost to both the Lions and Eagles in the regular season. In Week 1, they were edged in overtime 26-20 at Detroit, and in Week 12, they were smashed 37-20 by the Eagles in L.A.

The remaining AFC teams were all expected to contend for the Lombardi Trophy before the season began, with Kansas City opening at +650, Baltimore +900, Buffalo +950, and Houston starting at +2200 to win the Super Bowl.
The NFC, however, has upstarts in Los Angeles and Washington in the mix, with the Rams hitting the futures market at +3500 and the Commanders at +10000 last February. The Lions and Eagles opened at +1200 and +2000 odds to win the Super Bowl, respectively.
