It's a 10-game slate on the ice today and I'm digging through everything to find my three best NHL player props.

I'm stacking everything I can and taking advantage of a line juggle in Winnipeg, betting against the San Jose Sharks' travels, and expecting some special teams goals in Calgary.

These are my favorite NHL picks for Tuesday, December 3.

Today’s NHL prop picks and best bets

Prop bet #1: Cole Perfetti + Gabe Vilardi Over 0.5 points each

+220 at bet365

The Winnipeg Jets are riding a season-high three-game losing streak and are mixing up the lineup tonight to get a spark. They’ve recalled Brad Lambert, who has 11 points through 16 games in the AHL. He will center the second line of Gabe Vilardi and Cole Perfetti with those wingers also playing on the first power-play unit.

Stacking the Winnipeg lines has been boring this year, as the Vilardi/Mark Scheifele/Kyle Connor stack has been getting shorter every game and struggling to cash of late. Now, bettors can stack Perfetti and Vilardi for a very reasonable +240.

The Blues have been playing better hockey under new bench boss Jim Montgomery, but the Jets are due for a rebound and the shake-up should be a good motivator. The second line with a new center will be a focal point tonight.

The Jets have also owned the head-to-head matchup having won nine of the last 10 meetings.

Prop bet #2: Jonathan Huberdeau + Connor Zary Over 0.5 points each

+250 at bet365

There could be some power-play goals scored tonight between the Calgary Flames and Columbus Blue Jackets.

Over Calgary’s last five games, they’ve scored five PP goals while allowing 10 on the penalty kill. The BJs have also been burned when shorthanded, having given up a PP goal in nine straight games.

I’m taking a stack on each side of this game with players who are on PP1 and 5-on-5 together. For the Blue Jackets, I'll be taking the center Sean Monahan and Kirill Marchenko to each get a point at +175. For those looking for a bigger score, add the other winger, Dmitri Voronkov for a solid +400. It’s not the best 5-on-5 matchup for the visitors, though, so the triple stack is a little riskier.

For the Flames, the choice is between Jonathan Huberdeau/Connor Zary and Matt Coronato/Yegor Sharangovich. I’m going with the former, as the Huberdeau/Zary stack is only five points shorter at +250 but has better points/60 than the other pair. Calgary stacks have been some of the most elusive this year but the power-play opportunities tonight are elite.

Prop bet #3: Tom Wilson + Dylan Strome + Connor McMichael Over 0.5 points each

+210 at bet365

The San Jose Sharks have been one of my favorite teams this year as they are fun and see a ton of scoring in their games. Their play might give their head coach a heart attack, but it’s been profitable for betting point market Overs.

Tonight, the Sharks — in their first East Coast game — could be wide open and playing from behind versus the Washington Capitals, who have found their winning ways.

The home side also has the power play finally figured out. In hockey fashion, this was one of the worst PPs when Alex Ovechkin was healthy but is now finding success without one of the best scorers in the game's history.

Washington has scored a PP goal in five straight games while going 8-for-18. The Caps have also juggled the lines and loaded up the top trio with Dylan Strome, Connor McMichael, and Tom Wilson. Those three are also playing on the top power play with a pair of defensemen.

The trio stack is paying +210. It’s not a huge price for a full-line stack, but the Sharks are happy playing Mackenzie Blackwood over Yaroslav Askarov. Blackwood has a 3.06 GAA and has given up 3+ goals in 10 of his 16 games. Washington could put up six goals tonight because of the San Jose travels.
